I don't think any of the scandals have anything to do with individuals fending for themselves. Or are you gentlemen just speaking in general terms? |

None of those "scandals" really affect the man on the street. Other than the one with the Verizon phone information which pre dates Obama |

Obama has wasted 5 yrs of his Presidency trusting the white man, hoping they will play right. |

Plenty people thought Obama was the second coming. Every president has his share of failings. |

you know ladyb. it's circling the wagons to defend the cult of personality. What a waste. Check out Black Agenda's Glen Ford here. http://www.blackagendareport.com/content/rep-clyburn-putting-obama-first-%E2%80%93-civil-liberties-peace-justice-and-reality-last |

In all fairness though, the program is different under Obama than it was under Bush. Obama expanded it. People wanted Bush impeached over his program, but Obama has taken it to another level and it's no big deal. |

He had total control. He could've passed whatever he wanted to, but he's the one who spent all that time on Healthcare. That was his decision. And poor Arlen Specter. He was a Republican who voted for it, and he said he got played. Obama was supposed to campaign for him and reneged. And now during his 2nd term, he can't concentrate on anything because of all the scandals that are coming out, back to back. |

These aren't really scandals. The IRS bullshit is not a scandal. The Benghazi shit was a situation that happens during war time. Embassies aren't protected enough anyways. |

![]() Ok, but don't be surprised, if one day we learn that the Benghazi screw up happened because it was election time and the Dems didn't want anything to railroad Obama's 2nd term. The IRS "scandal" doesn't impact me directly, but I wouldn't call it bs. The IRS was used to bully people, and I'm just glad it wasn't me being bullied. The IRS has a lot of power, and they were used as bouncers, against law-abiding citizens. |
