Part of the scandal is that the NSA program will pull data directly from the providers. I'm sure every country would like to have that capability. |

Oh hell yea, but some countries it wouldnt work. Just about every working American citizen has internet access. Im probably safe to say high 90% of citizens. Even non working citizens and kids use the net. That cant be said about some other countries. Easier to keep america under its control. Media, internet to throw out conspiracy theories to throw the dumb off when shit happens. Hell look at how many people believed mermaids were real after that special on tv |

It's smart phones too, texting and services like Facebook, is included. More and more folks have them and use them to access the Internet. |

China has strict rules and shit regarding the internet for citizens. I don't know about European countries, although I'm sure if they aint doing it they want to. |
