Oh. So members of the LGBT community feel accepted by management.

I have no problem with this. Folks should leave their biases at the door when they come to work.

I have no problem with this. Folks should leave their biases at the door when they come to work.
So should people in cooperate America go around telling people if they are straight or gay?

Do you walk around telling people your sexual preference? No one walks around saying "I'm straight".

It's not anyone's business if someone is straight or gay - in most work places it just doesn't matter. And it shouldn't.
