There's a real estate scam going on in Atlanta. Involving the selling of homes to people who can't afford it. So Atlanta's homes undergo frequent turnovers of occupants and money adds up in profit on these properties that practically nobody can afford despite how cheap the properties are. And out of towners are the primary targets of this legal scam. The ones you say are moving to upper class and more stable southern states Mal. They get to live in their dream home for about a couple of months before they have to foreclose and leave.

Please do not just post statements without basing them on facts. Please provide proof that every black person that has moved to the south has had to go through a real estate scam. You cannot do this so please stop making up stories. |

I didn't say every black person. You did. And I'm not making up anything. I do research and happen to know what Atlanta's real estate situation is like point one, and point two, I know several people, friends of mine and family members who fell into the Atlanta real estate scam. @ Mal Which isn't to say that you can't move to Atlanta and enjoy a wonderful home there. But that if you move there uninformed, then you'll fall into the trap and loose your new home after only a couple of months. In other words, The desire people have to live a better life is being preyed upon for profit. Not just in Atlanta, but all over the US. But you can beat it if you make your move well informed in advance. Edited by cisslybee2012, Dec 30 2012, 08:48 AM.

The poorest state is Mississippi which also suffers from the highest infant death rates, the highest obesity rates, the lowest literacy rates and the worst healthcare yet it remains a Republican state. |

Blacks are always on the bottom no matter which is in the whitehouse. That's the history, and that's the future. |

Boy you are pessimistic. Divide and rule is why we do not prosper as a community. We see each other as enemies and do not want to work together for the benefit of our community. We do not see our struggle as International and one where black people the word over need to unit. |

Because they think just like the Republican party. Being poor and white is still better than being black. |
