Psalongo-Stop crying like a child, if you hate Obama so much go down South and offer your services to white racists that want secession. You can offer to be their Coon spokesperson who will be the black face of attacking Obama 24/7 which is all you do. OK, then let's make a deal. I'll stop crying like a child if you stop crying and whining like a baby about Romney and the repubs. Deal?

And Mal and cat keep regurgitating the same talking points. I'm trying to avoid these because the deed is done but I guess I can't.
I want to clear up a couple of things I may not have fullcritiqued though I know like the other crap in this Mal list, it'll keep repeating.
All the Fair Pay Act did for the most part was extend the time period allowed for people who were unfairly paid to sue. Fair pay laws were around long before obama. I know, it's all about him!
The auto bailout was started under bush. Do you want to give him crdit as well? No, that's right. It's all about bo!
Yes, this is exactly what I keep telling him as well, especially about Fair Pay Act/looking out for Lily Ledbetter's of America... But mostly, I reiterate to him about Fair Sentencing Act. It was deemed unconstitutional, while Obama was still campaigning, so after all the processes and politicking ended up with the final declaration...guess who was sitting in the oval office, by then? So it's beyond disingenuous or Kobold...for Mal to impress Obama had anything to do with the society the Congress the Pop Culture acknowledging this racist-rape of Justice, before something was finally did about it after 20 years of destroying USA Black male lives even further I guess they figure if they keep repeating lies and disinformation it will work. Perhaps it will.

TARP was enacted under Bush, but the republicans used it to discredit Obama. Why was that?

Heck, McCain along with Obama stopped campaigning to push Tarp through. From what I remember, Obama was really it's biggest promoter.

I thought The House voted against the original TARP proposed by Bush/Paulson. The original proposal was submitted to the United States House of Representatives, with the purpose of purchasing bad assets, reducing uncertainty regarding the worth of the remaining assets, and restoring confidence in the credit markets. The bill was then expanded and put forth as an amendment to H.R. 3997. The amendment was rejected via a vote of the House of Representatives on September 29, 2008, voting 205–228.
On October 1, 2008, the Senate debated and voted on an amendment to H.R. 1424, which substituted a newly revised version of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 for the language of H.R. 1424.
The Senate accepted the amendment and passed the entire amended bill, voting 74–25. The House passed the amended version of H.R. 1424 on October 3, voting 263–171. A few hours later, Dubya signed it into Law.
Nonetheless, TARP was gobbled up by other guarantees and lending limits;
an analysis by Bloomberg found the Federal Reserve had, by March 2009, committed $7.77 trillion to rescuing the financial system
Opponents of TARP objected to the plan's cost and rapidity, pointing to polls that showed little support among the public for "bailing out" Wall Street investment banks, and that the Senate forced passage of the unpopular version through the opposing house by "sweetening" the bailout package.

I really din't hear repubs go after obama on tarp. Many of 'em get money from some of the bailed out banks. Heck, McCain along with Obama stopped campaigning to push Tarp through. From what I remember, Obama was really it's biggest promoter. Obama was one of TARP's biggest promoters as well as Bush. But the republicans used this against Obama. This was one of the main reasons why the Tea Party movement became popular and got voted into office in 2010. It was seen as Big government using Tax payers dollars to bail out the banks on Wall Street. Something that the republicans in any other circumstances would have supported.
It was the first of the trends that you would see coming from the republicans: WHEN OBAMA SUPPORTED POLICIES THAT THE REPUBLICANS SUPPORTED, THEY WOULD ALL OF A SUDDEN DO A 360 DEGREE TURN AROUND AND BE AGAINST IT. DOES OBAMACARE RING A BELL?
