The Department of Labor announced that new jobless claims rose by a staggering 78,000 in the first week after the election. Over the past year, and in the weeks leading up to the election, jobless claims were said to be declining, with the media proclaiming that they had reached the "lowest level in more than four years.'

The highest numbers of new filings came from Pennsylvania and Ohio. Surprise, surprise.

It's my dream that more Republican business owners fire on a massive scale to a point blaming Obama would be irrelevant. Everyone would blame each other. And only at that point will anarchy and the countless deaths of tens of millions rise ushering in an era were people will have more to worry about that which the fuck political party is in office.

Some of these business owners were big obama donors as well.
The fundementals that led to the collapse 5/6 years ago were never addressed. The bold steps needed to fix this were never taken up by obama and the dems when they had the power.

Even now this fiscal cliff both parties are pushing americans toward are the result of a deficit commision engineered and signed off on via an executive order from obama. This is extra-constitutional as budget issues are supposed to be dealt with in the house.
Business owners are reacting to the uncertainty of what this all means as well as obamacare's demands on them. But as I said, americans voted for more of this so this is where we are.

More like the backlash of giving a black man a 2nd term. Why not just go on and do the right thing, instead of the sand-box games they have resorted to for 4 yrs, which has put every American except the rich in jeopardy.

Why would anyone in their right mind entrust the House to do anything the right way with all of the blatant racist attitudes and behaviors floating around in plain sight for the whole world to see. The Rethugs are the reason the people of the world despise America. The arrogance is rampant and they think it's a power mechanism. Geez!

Obama supporters, Romney supporters. I don't really give a shit. I just need anarchy to destroy 75% of the damn country like 20 years ago. I think it's about that damn time.

That's part of the reason why I wanted Romney. The repubs will hasten our trip to hell. With obama, we still going there but at the speed limit.

Based off these current stats I actually think Romney would have postponed it. Think about it. If Blacks, Asians, and Latinos are upset as the minority they won't matter much. But with 60% of White voters who voted for Romney pissed off that they were snatched their sure-fire win against the HNIC they are about to do some serious damage.

Ironically, the most damage they will do is against themselves and other White people. When they actually start shooting at each other I say us minorities just slide into the house and watch some Homeboys In Outer Space re-runs or something.

Couldn't get support from Congress it has to be a unanimous vote and the GOP wasn't going to have any of that regardless of what it did to their constituents. Far too many crisis on the table to get them to cooperate......first one being that black man won .....we've got to get him out of our hair before we will do anything.....John/Jane, Tyrone/ Sheniqua will just have to wait.
