Because of Barack Obama a lot of companies across America are getting ready to lay off employees. Obama health care plan say that employers have to pay 2000 dollars in taxes for each one of their employees, and this is something that they have to do every year. If a company has 50 employees look at how much money they would have to pay in taxes every year. Companies are saying that they can't afford to do that and stay in business. So Papa John Pizza and companies all across America have announced that they are getting ready to layoff people. Now Applebees just announced that they are getting ready to have a massive layoff because of Obama's policies. http://www.examiner.com/article/applebees-announces-massive-layoffs-due-to-obama-reelection-and-obamacare

A lot of people didn't have enough sense to know what they were voting for. If they knew that voting for Obama was going to get them laid off they wouldn't have voted for him. |

Smells like a shakedown to me. If you allow people to shake you down it doesn't matter they are forcing you to vote Republican. Eventually they'll find another way to shake you down. |

It's not the employee's fault that Applebees invested in Romney's election. They should have kept that money to pay their employee's. |

One thing you failed to notice insurance premiums are not taxes, and # 2 they(the Corps) don't care if their employees are insured or not if the can't work for medical reasons they just lay them off PERMANENTLY and hire someone else. So the shit about Obama costing them money is BS and simple BS at that. It costs just as much, if not more, to hire someone that it does to share the cost of the insurance premium. The real issue behind the HC bill is to get the insurance company's to realign themselves with reality. For the last 50+ years the coverage options have been declining every year... but the premiums keep going up and up and up and we're getting less and less and less coverage. Everybody that owns a company today big or small wants the bottom line like it was when Clinton was in office. Well I'm sorry but Bush Boy screwed that so bad we'll never see another growth period like that again and I don't give a damn who's President it's not going to happen. So quit bitchin and get on with your life. Edited by 72MiMi, Nov 12 2012, 11:54 PM.
