And what states were those??? The states that had the population where the majority wasn't going to vote for Obama anyway? WYOMING, NORTH DAKOTA, MONTANA, THE PHUCKING SOUTH?
No, among the states were Michigan, Pennsylvanie, New Hampshire, Minnesota, New Mexico, Iowa, Wisconsin and Nevada. None of these states require a photo ID and many have large illegal populations.

In 10 counties in Colorado, the voting turnout was between 104% and 140% of their populations.

These types of scenarios should be studied and analyzed, so that in the future, there will not be claims of impropriety.

THE PHUCKING SOUTH?
Why do you always seem to be so angry? I live in the South, and I actually like it here!
You were the one that said that Obama didn't win in states that had voter i.d. laws implying (in my opinion) that that was the reason why he lost in some states. The phucking south is an example.

Obama didn't win not one Southern State, AS EXPECTED. Obama didn't win any of the mountain states AS EXPECTED.

The only two execptions were Colorado being in the Mountain region and Florida being in the South. Both of these state Obama WON.

Not sure why the smug behavior. Not justifying anything. We should all respect the process and the winner. Just presenting factual data. I just think these type of things should be studied for future elections. Again, depending on the circumstances (in future elections), it could work in either party's favor. All elections should be uniform and equitable, so there is no doubt of legalities.

I'm not being smugged but if you think so too bad.. I'm not going to allow you to demonize minorities and this is EXACTLY what you are doing. As if White people don't cheat.

Your data isn't factual. It's wrong. YOU ARE IGNORING the fact that more minorities got out and voted and it had a lot to do with the threat from republican state law makers trying to suppress the vote of Obama supporter with these fake ass voter fraud concerns.

The republicans attempt to see to it that Obama supporters would not have a chance to vote failed and it backfired. If you want elections to be uniform and equitable, then take it out of the hands of the states. Leave it up to the federal government to determine the laws if you want to go that route. Other countries have a better system than the United States.

Because of the Republican governor of Florida who decided that early voting pretty much benefited Black voters, the country just found out yesterday that Obama indeed did win Florida, days after the electio. What do you have to say about that?

I'm not demonizing minorities, hell my skin is most likely blacker than yours.

I'm all for 100% voter participation, but when counties come back with a 140% turnout, something smells fishy. (And I have no reason to have issues with Florida.. As far as I know, everything seems legit.)

If Romney had won, and we found out that many counties had 140% voter turnout, should we just accept it? Or should we try to work on ways that the voting process can be improved? Like I said, in the future it could work against your party.

Honestly, I am not demonizing anybody. But I don't think there is anything wrong with continuing to improve the process.

Hypothetically speaking: if there was an election in the future and the polls said that the Hispanic turnout would lean heavily Republican, should we be concerned if the voter turnout percentages in those demographic areas had higher than 100% participation? Especially if no ID was required?

I doubt it.. SERIOUSLY I do. :-/ I don't know where you get your precentages. But I will say that I am suspicous of them.

You want to talk about what's fishy? The fact is that many of these state that professed to have voter fraud concerns were states that had Republican run administration in charged of the voting process. The Republicans were up to know good and this is what drove the minorities out in droves.

Yep!! it is legit, thanks to the minorities in Florida who refuse to leave the long lines and stayed past mid-night to vote. Something that the republican governor was hoping would happen. But it all worked out in the end.
OBAMA WON EVERY SINGLE STATE THAT HE WAS SUPPOSE TO WIN IN ORDER TO BECOME YOUR PRESIDENT ONCE AGAIN.

The RETHUGLICANS were trying to pull another 2000 election. That was just how desperate they were. Had Romney won, it would have been because of REPUBLICAN FRAUD. Now you go figure.

The question is simply. Who in the hell does not have some type of legit ID in 2012? Black people DAMN SURE has to have ID or they won't let us do or get shit. So, they ain't talking about us. So, who are they fighting for who has no ID?

The only people who do not have ID are illegals. I stopped fucking with Bank of America after I found out that if you were illegal, you could get a bank account with them. At the same time, let my black ass go in there without an ID to get my own money and they turn me right the fuck around.

So let's be real, the only people in this country who wants to vote but not show ID are illegal aliens. But it's gonna be funny to see what the Democrats have to say about showing ID in the polls when the Mexicans flip to the Republicans.
