Joe Biden wrote the CRIME BILL; How many blacks know this?

That bill built a lot of new prisons. So are you saying that Blacks are born criminals? I mean, the guy wrote a bill to build prisons. He didn't write a bill to target Blacks to send to those prisons. If I build toy cars and your kid purposely breaks one and then scratches himself or chokes on a piece is that really my problem? Same here. He helped pass a law to build more prisons. He didn't, oh, try to pass a law to make it legal for police officers to stereotype a specific ethnic group on nightly raids.

I'll admit there are some who are there illegally but the majority are there due to their inability or refusal to DO RIGHT according to the law. Have you ever noticed that when one issue becomes intolerant of "society's norm" a new law goes into effect because society fails to govern themselves accordingly within the existing laws? Our behavior dictates what becomes law. A good example .....people driving crazy and irresponsibly so they had to put seat belts in the cars, then car seats for the unsuspecting child who is entrusted to his parents decisions to drive carefully. People speeding and killing others because they were DWI so a law for excessive speed, and DWI's went on the books....etc, etc So how do you "control" those things? A damn law which would be unnecessary if people would be respectful of others and the existing laws...Don't want prisons filled with blacks stop the damn violence....stop the damn drug using.....stop speeding, just stop period.
