I don't think I've mentioned Tavares yet. No talk of disco is complete without them.
Here's a less featured hit, Don't Take Away The Music.

Great disco here (they all are I suppose :D )
Anyway here's Everlasting Love, Carl Carlton's song. A few others share this same title.
Just love the intro for this one.

Bump. Still like hearing this one...

Here's a slightly different style disco. It's Maxine Nightingale's catchy tune, Right back where we started from
...followed by this. By the way I love the sax in this jam. B-)

And this one that was part of that post american disco period, though you will find it on some disco compilations.
Another Man, Barbara Mason. It cracked me up when I first heard it and it still gives me a smile.

This is DJ snide giving you groove so smooth for a Sunday night. Here's Frankie Valli, Swearin To God. Note the sistas doing backup vocals.

Really liking this song a lot now. I'm particularly liking the enthusiasm of the artist in the video. The guitarist on the right, the solo saxophonist, and the women doing background vocals.

Here's the late Joe Tex doing Aint Gonna Bump No More.
This is one of the funniest songs along with the video. :D

3 nights ago I was at a disco...
