Republicans are the ones the desegregated public schools, it was Republican president Richard Nixon that desegregated public school.

The New York Times has a good article on it.

What if black people really knew political history? What if black people knew about all of the things that the Republicans had done for them?

You're so damn dumb. The USSC ruled on Brown vs Topeka BofE in 1954 under Dwight Eisenhower. It was then reopened and ruled on again in 1963 when JFK was in office. Nixon was an after thought in terms of the bill being introduced and passed and ruled on by the USSC.

Apparently you didn't read the article thoroughly " In March 1970, President Richard M. Nixon decided to take action. He declared Brown to be ''right in both constitutional and human terms'' and expressed his intention to enforce the law. He also put in place a process to carry out the court's mandate. Vice President Spiro T. Agnew and I (then secretary of labor) were asked to lead a cabinet committee to manage the transition to desegregated schools".

But did desegregating public schools bring the Negro student up to the white student's level?

That is the question.

It appears to me, it's the opposite.
