Why is it that no politician ever mentions the poor? They only mention the middle class, they talk about what they'te going to do for the middle class, but they never talk about what they're going to do for the poor.

No politician ever mentions the poor, the poor get up every morning and go to work. The poor makes this country successful through their hard work.

The republicans never gave a fuck about the poor. The dems don't want "those" people anymore. They don't have any money and I guess their vote is inconsequential to dems now. Remember it was obama and the dems who tossed Acorn under the bus.

It's not about poverty.

It's about unawareness.

Unawareness has it's merits and casualties.

Ihave an old friend in the neighborhood who is 80.
He owns his home, get a small check every month, and because he OWNS his home, they will only give him $30.00 worth of food stamps, because he owns his home.

Lakaneshia on the other hand, gets $350.00 worth of food stamps, has never had a job, and is not looking for one, and she has four rug rats. She also lives in a Section-8 home, and pays $60.00 rent!

Who deserves it more?

I've never heard Obama mention the poor, Obama say that he's going to fight for the Middle class, that's all he talks about.
