Come on now, man. Quit asking silly questions!!

You know us Whitey's & lightey's seldom get treated that way.

Remember, it's you darkies we need to cleanse out of America...we've been unsuccessfully trying to, every since Abe Lincoln freed yall-----and I think we've finally found a solution to do it, since 2005!!!!

Should he have received probation because it's his first crime? We can argue that. However, there is a min and a max sentence for everything wrong that can be done for a reason and while you hope for the min, you should expect the max, and if you receive the max then, sure, you can crumple under the weight of what the fuck just happened but you better not crumple in the damn showers because everyone's the right size for some ass fucking when they're forced to bend over in prison.

@Sam

But I'm starting to hear a lot of opinions expressed from men about being held accountable for their actions.

They want to be corrected without the help of the authorities.
I am all for positive intervention without calling the police if someone is only a danger to themselves.

However, he proved to be a danger to another human being.

If he was not stopped, he could have continued to be a threat to the young lady.

And just as worse, he could have turned his attentions to other women.

This was probably the only way to stop him.

He clearly is of the low impulse control type. Those types of cretins only think of immediate gratification, and care nothing about how their actions may impact others & themselves.

And the fact that he collasped when the full force of his actions washed over him proves that he is a child in a man's body.

In the end, he only cared about his shattered dreams as opposed to the dreams of his victim, and the shame he brought to his own family.

i still think they were just teenagers acting up and shit..

sadly his case got rolled under the bus--- as it became a symposium of ` talent privilege , entitlement" black malevolence, women right issues

what better way to SEVERELY punish him than deprive him of his right to exercise his talent and make those millions{every non-jock envy }.... that is what the judgement says to me

Berserker,

Let's hope parents & coaches teach these high school athletes to think long term with their futures (like everybody else does), instead of foolish immediate gratifications.

That boy lost himself in Emo Powered Drama when he could have just went home, and played video games.

Besides injury, getting into trouble is the fastest way to deep six a promising sports career.

The judge was clearly sending a message.

Hopefully, other young people are paying attention.

Would you say that if it were your daughter or kinfolk he did that to?

I always knew better than to be hanging around guys, because I learned early in life how perverted they are and they do rape.

But for girls who are not too alert, doesn't give males the license to force themselves on those girls.

CB,

Most guys are not like him.

This guy in question was not even sociopathic, he was just an immature brat.

Had he been totally unemotional after hearing the judgement, then I would have known he was wired differently.

This guy thought this would be swepted under the rug, and he could resume his life as if nothing happened.

He strikes me as someone who has never had to deal with any negative consequences of his actions in his life.

But back to your point, if you think guys are just salivating to harm you, and other women, then you are sadly mistaken.

Do not confuse immature, low-impulse morons with most men.

Do not confuse predators of women with most men.

Instead of sifting through scholarship offers, selecting a school and launching his college basketball career as he originally planned, an Ohio high school standout will have to put his dreams on hold.

HUmmmm, this would have sounded better.
