I witness people creeping across the lane dividing line, backing up traffic , and generally causing chaos. It's like crack to some people. They have to do it no matter what. I can only speak for where I live and Atlanta is not a city conducive to texting while driving. There are enough people out there with a myriad of "issues" without adding texting to the mix. Nonetheless, it will continue unbated, in my opinion, unless or until a feature is created to keep people from doing it.
