Why are you not answering the question as to why restrictions on early voting are only being done in wards and areas in mostly black, latino and Democratic areas-answer that question Ken.
I will. As soon as you show me which article or amendment to the constitution guarantees the right to early voting. Deal? :)

The Constitution was created in 1787. It was made with the idea that every couple of decades or so the present Americans would have the intelligence and common changes to change things as they saw fit. They knew that America would change and therefore not only should amendments be made but the core of the Constitution itself would also need to be changed.

According to the thoughts of America's founding fathers, Obama seems to have it right. And both Republican and Tea Party members who preach that our founding fathers were some sort of Gods who could see the future and therefore made something that is as solid as the damn Bible's Ten Commandments are wrong. Dead wrong.

Preach the truth and I find it odd that anyone would try and justify all the underhand tactics the Republicans are using to stop poor, black, latino and young people from voting with rules that are not being applied to white people.

Do you have any shred of proof that a law is being applied to minorities and not whites? If so you have a major news story on your hands and the "liberal" MSM news networks should be alerted. So where's your link?

That's what the amendment process is for, but I'm not sure what your point is?

Yes in both Florida where a GOP politician was caught admitting tht the lwas were being formulated to stop black people from voting.

It is just as obvious in Ohio where it is only majority black districts where voter laws are being changed to cut early voting and introduce voter ID.

Nina Turner state senator went public yeterday she said.
“It’s not by accident, that Democrats in Republican-leaning counties get it,” she later explained. “Democrats have been consistent in terms of us extending the franchise for the citizens of the state.” But in more urban counties, she said, “the Republicans on those boards have voted to suppress the vote.”
“You see very, very clearly that in Republican-leaning counties the vote has been extended,” she added. “And in Democratic-leaning counties, the vote has been suppressed. Even Ray Charles could see what’s going on here: flat-out voter suppression in Democratic areas and also areas that are predominantly African-American.”
