IMO Tupac was not the best rapper ever. Rap music like all music is so dynamic there could ever be a best... And the "the best" is a subjective opinion.
However... I do believe that Tupac was the poet laureate of his generation and deserves the respect that comes with such a position.
Tupac put a black message in his songs Lil Wayne, 50 Cents, T.I, Snoop Dogg, Etc don't
Aaaaccttuallllly, Lil Wayne, 50 Cents, TI, and Snoop Dogg have. I'd wager they put about as much positive Black messages in their songs as Tupac does. And Snoop Dogg, unlike Pac, rarely talked about putting someone in the ground except for his first album with Dre. Muthafuckin Dre Day. Mr. Busta, where the fuck you at? What black message do 50 Cents and Lil Wayne put in their songs?
