In PHX, Caucasian bank robbers are notorious for being able to rob multiple banks for days even weeks sometimes, before being caught. Yet every time a Black PHX dude robs a bank;

he's on the news the next day arrested, within hours, because the money had 'a tracker' on it...hmmm...are the 'trackers' that they put on the money, Race sensitive? Therefore, only work when it's a Black bank robber? Or, are the tellers not taking the time to use trackers, when it's a Caucasian robber?

Not racism. Chalk it up to fear. And not fear probably in the vein you think. In majority White communities when White people run amok the White majority fears that the culprit...is them. They see themselves in White murderers and robbers and are momentarily paralyzed. And when they stop being paralyzed they have to go around and do the leg work. And when 90% plus of your population is White that equates to a damn lot of legwork.

On the flip side, if your town boast a whopping 2% Black population and they probably all live in the same area it becomes quite easy to knock on doors or take a look at that specific area. Time goes way down for finding the culprit.

A friend of mine retired from the FBI,told me this back in the seventies about black bank robbers. In many cases they are easily caught because of their habits. He said one of the main places a robber goes, is to a night club, "setting the house up", next to a clothing store where he decks himself out, spending big cash, next is going to one of the local car lots in the "hood" and buying a luxury car with cold cash, finally, looking for a gambling den, where "big money" is betted.
A funny thing he told me was this, he said contrary to what you hear about a man robbing a bank to feed his family, he said that in 90% of the cases he worked on, the family didn't get a damned thing.
