But the problem with that picture is Zimmerman wasn't a police officer.

That's a good picture because a lot of no good police officers are racist just like the Ku Klux Klan.

The judge would probably not allow it to be worn in the court room. Also it could swing both ways and turn jurors against the prosecution.

If the Prosecutor isn't wearing one, then how can the Prosecutor be blamed?

it's a just a shirt, to wrangle the jury/remind them of the Racism they'll represent by acquitting Zimmerman. If they are patriotic, good-hearted Americans, then the t-shirt should jar them into reality.
