I'd happily follow my husband behind a tree... Or be the one to lead him outside.

Let's talk about personal qualities/quirks that you don't care for. Unfavorable Qualities or Quirks can be: Too Religious/Too into navel gazing Smoker of MJ or Nicotine A Cuss box Too Emo Know-It-Alls or Know-Nothings Passive-Aggressive types People who wear clothes that don't compliment their bodies People who cling to the past as if it was yesterday Overly needy people Undependable Short-fuse/quick to anger Human Doormats Complainers Flakes Overly Vain people When someone has these qualities, or worse, and still step to you, what feelings do you experience? How do you ward them off? Do you give them a chance anyway, or do you brush them off with a quickness? Years ago, I once told a chick I was gay. She never bothered my again. |

V-Man, Some folks are not here to contribute to topics. Some folks are incredible lonely, and lack the social skills to adequately interact with fellow human beings. The internet is the perfect place for socially-inadequate people to facilitate some form of human interaction, even if it is only digital. Socially inadequate people resort to internet trolling to meet some quota of human interaction. Some folks will take any human interaction they can get. Internet slander is often a way of saying "thank you" for interacting with me. |

I wouldn't say a magnet, but I did attract certain kinds of women. When I was "out there" I ran into all kinds. Some, as I was later to discover, were not who they claimed to be. Mostly I attracted women who could engage me in an intelligent conversations on a wide rage of topics. Women who didn't assume that a freindly smile meant that I was trying to get into her panties. Women that I could learn some important and interesting facts from. Feel me? Now my wife is the embodiment of all of the things that I wanted in a woman. While she is not perfect, since none of us are, she is certainly the woman for me. Honestly, I will look at an attractive woman (notice I didn't say stare) like most men because its instinctive, I've never had the desire to stray. That's just not my style. If it ever came to that, I would rather just say its not working before I could ever break her heart by being unfaith. I am very content with my woman. I have no dounbt that she has my back and I have hers. For us, its not about things because we know that things are fleeting. Its about being TRUE to who we are and mutual respect and honesty. Above it all, those are the things that are meaningful and lasting to me. I submit that you cannot put a price on contentment. It is invaluable. |
