Another online resource exists for those who wish to report police abuse.
Here is the link below. Looks like a person would need to create an account. Once an account has been created, the organization will file a police complaint free of charge. They will also track the complaint.

Do you support good cops being held responsible for turning in, bad cops, by which they also receive merit for the courageous deed?
Wait...did you just side step alerting three different organizations designed to fight police abuse about my alleged racism, and the possibility that LAPD could be covering up for me after you reported me nearly two years ago?
