On the DC side, John Stewart has problems. In the aftermath of the war between the Green Lantern Corp, and a race of shape-shifters, John makes a startling discovery about his lover, Yrra aka Fatality.

Poor John.

Damn, I may need to update the story of John Stewart & Yrra in my Love & Romance thread.

I have an ideal of when the real Yrra was replaced. I believe John & Yrra were together legitimately before the switch. I am not too sure of their love whenever he finds her.

This adds a whole new meaning to the phrase "sleeping with the enemy".

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

Green Lantern finally finds Yrra, but it is not the reunion he was expecting.

Most of John's time with Yrra was really with a shape-shifter who now has the power of a Kryptonian.

He finds her, but she wants nothing to do with him....ouch. In fact, she may be his enemy again.

Perhaps John should give Earth women a chance?

You know it's bad when the team leader puts a beat down on the team.

Here is some Sam Wilson goodness when he was the Falcon.

Note the racist comments from the freaky looking villain, Arim Zola. Zola is Nazi scientist who worked with the Red Skull during WWII. He turned himself into a cyborg to prolong his life span.

Here is Sam, in another type of action with Jet Zola, Arim's daughter.

Is this the superhero version of Guess Who is Coming to Dinner?

DC Comics has a series called Earth 2. That series features a parallel world different than the main DC Earth.

The Earth 2 comic just wrapped up a two year mega-story.

The climax of the story featured a new Kryptonian as the new Superman.

Meet Val-Zod, Superman.

I may post some profiles soon.

I am thinking about getting the trade for this story. I heard pretty good word of mouth on it.
