The Falcon plays a strong role on the team. Besides flight, Sam Wilson also can communicate with birds. He sees what they see. He can literally find you anywhere within a city.
The Falcon is finally getting his well-deserved mainstream push.

Better late than never for the first American born black superhero.
The African born Black Panther is the first black superhero, who also created the Falcon's flying harness in the comics. I love the connection between black heroes. In the movie, I would not be surprised if Tony Stark will be responsible for the Falcon's wings.
I will post a few comic movie articles here, instead of creating new threads. When these articles do more than spread rumor, I'll create the threads for them.
Great star power being linked to the Black Panther.

Ejiofor And Elba Linked To Superhero Film 'Black Panther'
Acclaimed British actors rumored to be in running for lead role 06/02/2014 12:18 PM
POSSIBLE SUPERHEROES: Elba, left and Ejiofor (PA)
MARVEL SUPERHERO Black Panther is set to come to the big screen and top black British stars Chiwetel Ejiofor and Idris Elba have been tipped to play the character with extraordinary powers.
Reports suggest the two actors, along with American stars Chadwick Boseman and Michael B Jordan, are in line for the leading role in Black Panther.
Chiwetel may be the favourite for the part considering how high his stock has risen following the release of Steve McQueen’s 12 Years A Slave in which he plays a free man kidnapped into slavery.
SUPERHERO: Marvel's Black Panther
The role has landed him an Oscar nomination for best actor.
Other reports indicate Boseman could be the best-suited for the part due to his status as a young, up and coming actor.
Meanwhile, Elba is already a fixture in the Marvel universe having starred in the Thor films as Heimdall.
Black Panther has not yet been given an official release date, but it is widely rumoured the story of T’Challa, who is the alter ego of Black Panther, will come out to superhero movie fans.
Stan Lee Says Black Panther Movie Is Coming Pretty Soon
By: Scott Johnson on February 2, 2014
In the past, Stan Lee has made reference to a Black Panther movie being in the works several times. However, his latest comments seem to indicate that things are finally drawing closer with the movie. While talking about superheroes of various ethnic origins to Larry King on Ora TV, Lee touched on Black Panther. “We have a black one, Marvel has, called the Black Panther,” said Lee. “Which will be a movie pretty soon.”
Lee added, “Normally, when I would sit down to write about a superhero, I would think of a normal American one, because I’m American and I’m surrounded by [Americans] in this country. But lately I’ve been thinking, we’ve got to be more worldwide. So we’re starting with a Chinese, Indian, Latino, and then we’ll keep going.”
Of course, Lee is talking about new heroes he is creating through his Pow! Entertainment banner rather than through Marvel Comics. However, recent casting reports and filming locations revealed for Avengers: Age Of Ultron tend to suggest that Marvel Studios is likely heading in the same worldwide direction.
In fact, a recent report indicated that South Africa would be one of the filming locations for Avengers: Age of Ultron. Of course, Black Panther’s homeland is the fictional African nation of Wakanda, so Lee might know what he’s talking about in regards to a Black Panther movie being on the way pretty soon.

Chiwetel Ejiofor and Chadwick Boseman for Black Panther? Michael B Jordan and Idris Elba also linked to new rumour
By Ben Skipper | Yahoo Contributor Network – Mon, Feb 3, 2014 19:17 GMT
Yahoo Contributor Network - Chiwetel Ejiofor (top), Chadwick Boseman and Black Panther
COMMENT | Chiwetel Ejiofor, Chadwick Boseman, Michael B Jordan and Idris Elba have all been linked to the leading role in Marvel's 'Black Panther' movie.
Latino Review's resident scoop-master and tiresome tease El Mayimbe kicked off the rumour with a cryptic tweet saying the man set to play 'Black Panther' is on the cover of this month's Vaniety Fair Hollywood issue . Process of elimination means '12 Years a Slave's Chiwetel Ejiofor and Chadwick Boseman are front-runners, with 'That Awkward Moment's Michael B Jordan and Idris Elba also in contention.
Chiwetel Ejiofor would be a popular choice having wowed fan-films with his Oscar-nominated performance in '12 Years a Slave' but Chadwick Boseman is the most likely, given that he's a young-up-and-comer.
However, Elba is already part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Heimdall in the two 'Thor' movies, and Michael B Jordan is strongly believed to be taking up the role of Johnny Storm in 'The Fantastic Four'.
Clearly El Mayimbe, who has a fantastic track-record with rumours like this, has a big story up his sleeve, it's just a shame he's reverted to his cheap attention-seeking ways rather than getting a story and then publishing it.
A Black Panther adaptation has been rumoured for Marvel's Phase Three of films for a while, alongside the already announced 'Ant-Man' , 'Captain America 3' and 'Thor 3' , as well as an all-but-confirmed 'Doctor Strange' movie.
Black Panther is the alter-ego of T'Challa, the ruler of fictional Marvel country Wakanda.
