I just got back from exercising. I am taking next week off. I have been non-stop in my Guru dungeon for nearly two months straight. I wanted to be in pristine condition during my Gauntlet of Love run.

In addition to 45 minutes of strength training, I do 45 minutes of cardio.

Here are a few songs that make my cardio time go by real fast.

You need speakers to really enjoy this one right here. This song gets real at the 2:45 mark.

Here is a hip-hop classic. The black nerds were bumping this on one of the Black Panther appreciation threads on a comic message board. Black nerds are awesome.

Today marks the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who.

The 50th anniversary episode airs tonight on BBC America.

Ah, some of the Doctor's companions.

As always, my heart swoons for Martha Jones, played by the gorgeous Freema Agyeman. Black women from across the pond simply rule.

Now, if anyone was paying attention, they would have noticed a gap between the 8th Doctor, and the 9th Doctor.

No regeneration was shown between them.

Well, at the conclusion of the latest series of Doctor Who, we learned why.

Let me explain the behind the scenes reason.

The 8th Doctor was supposed to launched a new series on Fox following his debut in a made for TV movie circa 1996 (aww, Kid Guru was a baby back then).

Well, at least they tried.

The 9th Doctor appeared in a new series by BBC in 2005.

It was explained, in storyline, that a terrible war, called the Time War, wiped out the Time Lords, and their enemies, Daleks (just think of them as space Nazis).

The Doctor was in the thick of it. In fact, he ended the war, at terrible cost.

It was always assumed that the 8th Doctor fought & ended the Time War, then regenerated into the 9th Doctor just in time for the new series.

Well, we all thought wrong.
Previously.

The season ending cliff-hanger revealed that a version of the Time Lord, not the 8th Doctor, fought & ended the Time War, at terrible cost.

This Doctor is not known as "the Doctor". Apparently, we have a closet regeneration here. Many oline fans simply call this one the Hurt Doctor.

Oh yeah, the Doctor's current companion is such a hottie.

What a damn cliffhanger!!!!

November is so far away.

The "Hurt" Doctor (played by actor John Hurt) is now being called the War Doctor, by fans.

That's a helluva name to be called.

Finally, now we know how the 8th Doctor met his end, and became the War Doctor.

So, the 8th Doctor did not fight in the Time War at all.

If anyone every watched the BBC series Luther starring Idris Elba, they yes, the actor playing the 8th Doctor is the same guy that snatched up Luther's wife in the first series.

Of all the incarnations of the Doctor, the 8th have the fewest on screen depictions. This is only his second.

My Top Rogue is back in my life, Isis.

We had so much to catch up on in the year plus we have been apart.

The hours always melt like butter in a microwave when we are together.

As always, I learn something new with this Goddess.

She sang for me as she massaged my back.

She has a thing for true classics.

Among the various classics she serenaded me with, was this one.

I hope you all enjoy.

LOL @ this punkazz cornball, on a pro-Black website bragging about his Caucasian women...

but since he's a lightskinned-racist, nobody has one discouraging word for him...lol...this website is too far gone indeed
