funny shit about this thread.
Most of these divorces involve cheating men and i have yet to see a Marcus clone bring this up.

Now if it was a woman he would be in bitchfest mode calling her out

For what reason should a person get married?
Security. Love. Children. You know, things that you definately are not aware of.
You said that people should marry for security, explain that?
When people marry, both of ther bank accounts sort of become one, and the partners protect each other. When you're just dating, hey, anything goes. Marriage is the ultimate sign of love. If a man marries you, you sort of know that this is for real.

Marcus dos not think that there is any such thing as a man being unfaithful and commiting infidelity.
He still thinks that Herman Cain is innocent and has only made sweet love to his wife.

Sorry to hear about your divorces, it is good that you have moved on and left the past in the past. Sometimes being single teaches us what we need to know about ourselves.
Too many men do not show maturity and common sense and hold onto bitterness when relationships end.
No reason to be sorry. Now that I'm single, I get more punani ;) :D :)

Why is it that so many marriages are ending in divorce today? What happened to strong marriages that stood the test of time?
Many of those marriages weren't strong at all. The women back then didn't have any options to live so they had to stay with their husbands even if he was abusive or a cheater.

Marriage is suppose to be forever or until death do you part, well these people couldn't last that long.

Until death do you part is a fantasy and the reason there are so many divorces is people buy into the fantasy
I wouldn't put it that way. :)

After all, my parents got along like pie and ice cream until death did them part.

But the only thing though, they weren't married. :)

So I will say that relationships stand a much better chance of a healthy survival without the marriage entrapment. :)
