It appears to me that it's an outlet for people to vent that provides fake accounts or trollers as a means to enable the venting. That's what I see that's keeping it going. Because the same topics are replied to over and over again. And from the fake accounts. So it appears to me that they're filling a needed service. Fulfilling a demand.
