I know that when people are young they can make some stupid decisions. But my question is when people put tattoos on themselves are they even thinking about the future?

This generation of young black women are really messed up in the head, it seems like they put no thought into what they are doing with their lives. Any time a young woman cover her body in tattoos like this, she's not thinking about the future. Not thinking about the future is also why so many young black women end up having babies out of wedlock by guys that doesn't mean them any good.
