Black people had a totally different mindset in the Black Wall Street days, that's the difference. They sure did those black people wasn't depending on the Government to take care of them, like many blacks are today.

Why is it today that you never hear black people talking about Black Wall Street, it seems like all that black people talk about is the Civil Rights Movement. The reason why black people today don't mention Black Wall Street is because a lot of blacks are looking for an excuse for failure. Black Wall Street take away their excuse for failure.
