This is an inspiring story, these 3 young black men grew up in the inner city in broken homes. When they were kids they made a pact that when they grew up they were going to become doctors, and they went out and did it.

There names are George Jenkins, Sampson Davis and Rameck Hunt

Every black parent should let their kids see these pictures, these are the kind of black men that black kids need to see, so they will know what the standard is.

What inspires me about this post is

1. None of those black men have 5 or 6 babies out of wedlock

2. None of those black men are covered in tattoos

3. None of those black men have a mouth full of gold and diamonds

4. None of those black men are walking around with their pants hanging off their behind

Couple of things

1. Some of the men on your list are alive and kicking and are on TV today so what do you mean by how black men USED to be viewed??

2. Some of the men you listed have either cheated on their wife and/or had child(ren) out of weddlock, so wouldn't that mean that aren't so great in your eyes?

Very nice!

But ahem. I see some men in here who had affairs, that does not make me proud.
Why can you just say something positive about these black men, why you got to look up under a rock and try and find some fault in them.

Some black women just won't let black men have their day in the sun.
