With all of these different forms of birth controls ourt here, if black women get pregnant who fault is that?
Theirs
Yes this is true

And along with that all these men getting women pregnant with condoms and vasectomy surgeries available whose fault is it that men are getting women pregnant.

Do you see the idiocy in blaming one party. A woman should take birth control but a man should use condoms. Better yet stop having sex if you are not ready to be a parent.

He is opening himself up to diseases. How gross!
Why is it that other races of women are not having 72% of their babies out of wedlock?
Maybe because the men they have babies with are better choices in men.

Maybe these men marry their women before they get them pregnant.

Maybe the other races of men respect the woman enough and respect themselves enough to protect themselves with the use of condoms.

See they have better choices in men!
So once again you want to place the blame on the men. It's the woman's body, and she can tell the man that he has to use a condom if he want to have sex with her

But are 72% of black women even doing that
Many men don't need a woman to tell them to use protection. :)

If a woman don't want to use birth control, if a woman don't want to make a man use protection, then she has no right to complain if she becomes a single mother

And you have no right to complain about your child being aborted.

If a man doesnt want to use a condom then he has no right to complain when he becomes a father and has to pay child support or is labeled a deadbeat dad.

Do you mean to tell us you're that friggin weak, that the stuff is so damn good that you would let a woman talk you out of using protection?. Ahh perhaps it's not as important to you because your aren't going to be responsible for the child anyway huh? How about just say no, get up, put your clothes back on and leave?

Lots of people don't believe in protection.

That means women and men.

You got only one eye. :D

Why is it that women don't want to take responsibility for their bodies?
