If Michael Steele or a Black Republican had done that, you would have a totally different story. |

This guy just kills me he has had three chances to select 2 supreme judges now this politician in a new position this could have been three black people in those positions how do we expect whites to appoint us when we won't even do this,Hobama should have flooded the White House full of Blacks in those key positions that's why I wonder why we support this imposter White Man is right we are a backward people, black people wake up when you have a opportunity to make change for your best interest jump on it. |

Black people next election just stay home or vote in the Tea Party cause we are not ready to lead anything to much confusion among us we are all going different directions, plus the envy and jealously, and the main problem we practice to much indivualism and not group base projects and organization,we need to really study ORGANIZATION and NATION BUILDING I am sick of the whining and complaining of why we can't achieve anything start in your own community, stop waiting for some Malcolm x in gonna drop out of the sky you be the leader in your communities people we have all the books for our schlars to develop a system for our people we are just to lazy to put fourth the efforts ,worried about your slave jobs we need busineses to be free and independent that way we can have some kind of say in politics we have alot of work to do cut the t.v. off and read more non-fiction books no gossip celebrity magazines stay out of the churches, there our enemy and think black first. |

No I wouldn't, why is it that we are so narrow minded? There is a reson for everything that happens we may not ALL agree with it but it's the way it is. There are some decent white people and I use that term loosely. I don't profess to know everything but I do know between my life, and my professional experiences that there are times you have to make decisions that will ruffle some feather with a lot of people. I find it interesting that so many are "experts" at determining what the Pres. so/should not do, but offer no concrete alternatives. |

Have to agree, I've been telling people this starting with my church on up to the local govt. The energy use complaining could be converted into some very lucrative projects. We're not dumb, just not very energetic when it comes to difficult issues. Which is unlike our forefathers, when they would suggest things to the massa like ratating crops for better yield. That came from the black man, not the white man.as many have been lead to believe. That's part of our biggest problem believing everything we hear. In the past the black people did not always have the opportunity to become educated as we are now, but we had some very, very intelligent people without formal education in their background. I have a book called The Inventors of America, and it is mind-boggling to see what the blacks came up with to make peoples lives better. But we don't hear about that even when a product is mentioned we don't know who created it in the drafting stages. You don't have to have 5-10 degrees to be successful just energy and willingness to get the job done right. |

You tell 'em, Black Pharoah! But they aint tryin'a hear ya, because this forum [also] serves as an outlet for gripes, gossip and place to co-miserate on one's failures... and to that extent, it's a resounding success. Who needs 'Nation Building' when you can have ongoing scandalizing? |
