People don't listen to me because I'm not in a relationship, they don't listen to me or to anybody who says anything they don't want to hear. Like I said before I don't think women should have to necessarily lower their standards, relationships are about compromise. 6. Alot of men arent interested in getting married knowing many women focus mostly on a wedding and the idea of having a husband but not on being the type of wife a man may want/need within a marriage framework. 7. The circumstances enough women bring to the table is another reason why enough BW arent getting married. Ex ready made families. Baby daddy drama. Kids have a hard time adjusting to another man with their mother. 8. The women simply have whack personalities that turn men off from wanting to marry them. These reasons are just as important if not more important as your 5. As for your number 7, that can be reversed as well. Women may not want ready made families and BABY MAMA DRAMA. And men may have whack personalities that turn women off from wanting to be with them. Dont act like only women have this. SUA, have you seen men bitching about being single on national TV? The news special on thirsty ass chicks was fucking dumb. Havent seen them on ABC but I have seen them bitching elsewhere. Like here. Whether they bitch on TV or not, doesnt change the validity of.my statement. I have only seen one Black man bitch on TV, and he sounded just as pathetic as those stupid as women.

Taking advice from him is like taking marriage and fidelity advice from Herman Cain or Newt Gingrich. Black people need to do two things to get our relationships back on track. Firstly we need to work on ourselves as individuals-base your life on good spiritual values and good morals, stop being materialistic, develop pride and self esteem in your character, have a strong work ethic and be of use to the community. Become the type of person who would make a good partner. Secondly we need to stop lying about ourselves and the reality we live under. There are just as many black single men as black single women. We as men may put up a front that we like being single, that we are tough and we can go it alone but that is not true. We are looking for sisters who are nurturing, supportive and understanding and will love us unconditionally. There has been a slight increase in black marriage rates to 43% but that is not enough, our community needs stable families.

Men today needs to learn how to do that shit for himself. I don't have anything against marriage but it is not for everyone and couples don't have to be married to take care of children they produce.
