The young man that I mentioned was doing all of the right things, but that still didn't
help because as he stated all of the women that he dated cheated on him. It's not easy to find a good honest woman in this world. It's not easy to find good honest people in general.
I think we have a generation gap thing going on about people. The woman in the older generation were ladies and knew how to act and behave. But the younger generation is mainly about self. In marriage and relationships we do not consider the other person's feelings and relationships today have become more about using others to get what you want. We have become too selfish toady.
Black man you are right about that there is certianly a generational divide, and it's not
for the better

sorry to hear about what happened to this brother, but it's important you go where decent women are, I dont know where you got with this female, but it's clear she is not the right woman for you, you shouldnt trust her, no, but there are good women out there, if you find them, depends on where you are looking, if you are looking in bars, doubt you will find one there, maybe if you check out their background, if they are spiritual, you will very likely found one, who stand on her morals, value system. Dont blame all the sisters for the actions of one..they shouldnt have to pay, for her actions, neither should another brother pay for actions of another. I wish you the best, praying helps alot to ease pain, and open you up, to get the wisdom from past mistakes, in the future you will be able to make wiser choices..Do be there for your son, so he can learn from your values.
When this young brother told me I didn't know what to say to him, all I did was listen
at what he had to say. Sometimes young people all they want is for you to take the time
and listen at what they have to say.

Truck driver thanks for sharing that story with us, if black men opened up and talked about what they've been through a lot of people would be shocked

Men have been taught to keep quiet and to "be a man". You can't even express yourself in a court of law and have people listen. You can't expect him to make himself vulnerable and appear weak to women. They don't know how to rspond to that. In a woman's eyes, he will be a punk.

The Barbra shop is where men go to express ourselves, that's where brothers go to communicate
with each other. The Barbra shop is where we express ourselves

And most men have the same stories. Women don't take our feelings seriuously but we are supposed to take theirs seriously.

Women want men to hear their side, but they don't want to hear our side. It really boils
down to being selfish

And that's the whole story with black relationships. MOST black women don't listen to shit, so most men just shut down.

You are right they don't listen UNLESS you are saying something good about them

Black women can not accept criticism, and I think that's one of the main causes
of the breakdown in Black relationships

I was talking to this 22 year old truck driver last night, and we opened up and started talking about life. This young brother told me that every black woman that he has dated cheated on it. He then told me that he just caught his baby mama cheating on him. He said that he caught her in the car making out with another man. He said that he had his gun with him and he thought about shooting both of them, and he told me that the only reason he didn't shoot them was he started thinking about his son.

He said that he bannged on the door of the car and told her to get out but she wouldn't. He said that he then told the guy to get out of the car, but neither would get out. He said that he then stood in front of the car so that they couldn't leave. He said the guy that she was cheating with then hit the gas, and the car knocked him up into the air, and they took off.

This young brother was devastated by this, he said that he put all of his
faith and trust in her. He said that she told him that she was different from
the other women out here, and she would never do anything to hurt him.

This young brother told me that he lost a lot of weight over this because
he went days without eating. He said that after this he will never trust another
woman in his life.

This young brother said that he has never cheated on any woman in his life. What I'm finding is a lot of black men have this same exact story if you can get them to open up and talk about it, but nobody tells their story.

That's a sad story people just need to start treating each other right.
