Did any of you have early childhood hero's that you looked up to, and once you were an adult. Did they deserve your adulation? |

My childhood heroes are my grandparents. I was always in love with how they loved. It was amazing to me. My grandfather was a good husband, good father, excellent grandfather and provider. My grandmother didn't work outside of the home, but was an excellent mother, grandmother and caretaker of my grandfather. I grew up wanting live and love as they did. Mission accomplished. |

My dad was my childhood hero. He took care of things, never yelled, had a kind heart and knew how to fix anything in the house and on the car. He instilled in me the desire to be able to fix things myself. I was always in awe of him. |

I miss my dad so much but yes he was worthy of the adulation. There is no doubt in my mind. |

I don't really think I had a childhood hero ElectricElevator. Civil Rights Activists' such as Malcolm X, Huey Newton, Angela Davis.... philosophies didn't make sense to me until I was older. Now, I appreciate their greatness and their service for our people. As a child, I lived in fantasy land enjoying cartoons, games, and pranks |
