I am kind of feeling that on the low Haiti is being disrespected. When people died at 911 there where no photos of dead people visable....the tsunami either...why are they showing us collections of dead baby bodies...bodies in piles...I don't see how the photos are helping anyone...They can tell us what's going on and show footage of people that are alive and the damage that's around but don't continue to disrespect the deceased

You have limited yourself to the censored American news organizations. Start watching BBC and other international news sources. American news is more sensationalism than anything.

Good news sources:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/
http://www.international.rai.it/news/
http://www.france24.com/en/france

Just a few that come to mind. And you can likely catch them on your local Public Broadcasting Station. Check with your cable or dish provider.
