reports have come in that riikard is 95% chance to become chelsea manager after he has arrived in london today

I don't see it as a major improvement for Chelsea, Riikard may have more experiance at the top level but he hasn't had a hard job.

Though with the money Chelsea have he hasn't really got too much of a hard job now.
