Lord Sendokaze watched from the sidelines as a large army moved secretly through the forest. This army is composed of goblins specially trained by the Necropolis. Unlike the normal mountain goblins, these are slightly taller and bigger, not to mention they are well armed. This force of 10,000 goblins has been trained for almost a year for this mission, to make a surprise attack on An-Havva.

There is however more to the attack on the elvish capital. Not only does it show the strength of the Necropolis army and the generate fear in the hearts of the Haven, it is also a cover-up for a more secret mission. There is a old tome containing information on Crandor Island, where the Cylixes were formed. Sendokaze was to obtain this tome while the goblins laid waste to the rest of the city.

"Move faster," he said to a commander next to him, who relayed his orders throughout the ranks. The army immediately increased their speed. The Wraith hoped that they would reach the capital soon and without incident.

Out in the forest was a panther. This was no ordinary panther, although it looked like one. It was all black save for one stripe of gold down his back. This panther was Viclo Haram, a cenurian. He was also a ranger, right now patrolling in the forest. He was almost done with his shift. He was going to do just one more sweep of the forest. As he was walking, he thought he heard something.

It's probably nothing, but I should check it out just to be sure. Viclo thought, and began to move quietly through the forest to the noise. Soon he came upon a clearing and to his surprise he saw Goblins, but not normal mountain ones. These were huge, and armored. This was an army.

I need to go tell some one. The need to be warned. As Viclo turned to leave, he stepped on a stick. Damn. Viclo thought, and he froze. Hoping against hope that he wasn't heard, that they wouldn't capture him. But Viclo knew that was a slim possibility, and he would probably be found and taken to their commander.

A sudden noise of a stick breaking alerted Sendokaze. He sniffed the air, but couldn't smell any traces of a human. It smelled like a cat, probably just a forest animal. Just to make sure, Sendokaze turned around but he could only see trees and plants. A few birds along the way as well.

Satisfied that no one was there, Sendokaze turned back towards the army and continue to observer their movement.

Akaron

As the army of ten thousand goblin troops moved through the woods, one man stood as a giant among them, the Commanders second in command, Lord Akaron. Stepping out from the shadow off a tree, he was an intimidating figure standing at seven foot two inches tall, his interlocking full plate making clinking noises as he approached his commanding officer, Lord Sendokaze.

Lord Sendokaze was dressed in double laired, wore black robes and seated upon a large pale horse. One might think that death itself commanded the army, but Akaron knew better. The wraith known as Lord Sendokaze was a powerful being indeed, and the look fitted him, but he was still only a wraith. Moving up to the small out cropping of rock that Lord Sendokaze had chosen to command upon, Akaron came to stand by his side. Looking down into the small valley they were traveling through, he now saw why Lord Sendokaze had chosen this as his command position, it gave him a clear view of the battle field and cover from any arrow fire that could come his way. Another sound decision from the leader of Hellron's armies. Looking up at Lord Sendokaze, Akaron gave him his field report.

Giving a small salute to his commanding officer he began.

"The army has met little resistance my lord and proceeds ahead of schedule. The few elven scouts we have encountered have been dealt with quickly and quietly, they weren’t even able to get a single shot off before our troops descended upon them and butchered them where they stood, no warnings ever reached the capital, they will be taken unawares. Its hard to believe that in just one year the army was trained and prepared to attack the elven capital, but then again, that was when I joined up with the army of Necropolis is it not?"

Akaron stared down at the troops that moved quietly through the valley heading straight for the elven capital, and although no one could see it do to his close faced helm, he had a contemplative look upon his face. But to those who did look, he was an armor clad giant of a man, standing guard over his lord; for you see, Lord Akaron wasn’t merely Lord Sendokaze's second in command, he was his personal guard. Lord Akaron was the only man powerful enough to merit such a position. It was quiet a sight, a being who resembled death and the armor clad golem of a man who stood guard over him with a giant flanged mace hanging at his belt.
A master of strategy and magic guarded by the greatest martial combatant alive, an unstoppable team.

"Good. Order all forces to move forward," Sendokaze said in a dry and emotionless tune. He rode his horse forward and stopped a distance away. That was when he noticed that there was two paths. He had studied the map of this area before and remember that the two paths both leads to An-Havva, just that they lead in a different direction.

Sendokaze returned to Akaron and said, "Have the troops split into two groups of five thousand. You take one group and go through the left path. I will take the other. We will attack the city in two directions. Make sure you stay quiet."

With that, Sendokaze turned around and left. He was confident that Akaron can preform this task with no problem. After all, he did train the goblins.

Viclo was surprised, nobody found him. He stayed frozen for a little bit longer, long enough to here two commanders talking. They were going to split up at the two paths. Viclo need to warn somebody, so he decided to go. Slowly he started to sneak off and as he got farther he picked up speed. Soon he was running at full sprint, trying to reach the city first.

As he got nearer, he started to transform. The muscles in his legs getting stronger, so he couls stand up right, the fur shrinking back into his body. The transformation was taking longer than he expected, because he was exhausted. He just needed to be able to talk, and he willed for his mouth to change faster. He knew he was nearing the city and put on more speed.

He saw a guard checkpoint up ahead. The guards saw him too as he was still transforming, and, not knowing who or what he was, since they saw a half-man half-panther, were getting ready to attack. "It's me, Viclo. Don't attack." Viclo screamed. They stopped in suprise. "An army...is coming. Two paths...split up....500 each... Tell someone" Viclo gasped and then collapsed from exhaustion.

Finally, after several days of traveling she came across a very large city. However, she couldn't help but hear a distant noise like thunder or the pounding of a huge war drum coming from behind her but paid it no heed.

As she approached the gates the guards would not let her pass inside. "Leave this city you are not of the elf kind," she wasn't sure if the city didn't allow non elves inside or the guards just didn't like the other races. Not wanting to cause any problems since wasn't too much in the mood to argue and fight, she grudgingly turned around and began to walk the other way. She hoped that there was another city or town nearby.

As she began to walk away from the city she could see a Cenurian running very fast as if in a hurry to give important news to someone. It had definitely piqued her curiosity and carefully approached the location that he was going. With her heightened senses Oziren didn't need to get very close to hear what he was saying so she kept a safe distance between herself and them. Once Oz heard the word "army" she looked behind her and could see nothing but a peaceful setting but could feel that something was coming. She listened more carefully and it was indeed the marching steps of an army, a pretty large one at that, and could smell the stench of..."goblins," she murmured under her breath. Oz wasn't particularly fond of goblins and has been attacked by them a couple of times before even for not reason at all.

Oz wasn't even sure if they understood what he was saying since he was very exhausted. She decided to help him out and by doing so she hoped they will grant her a pass to stay inside the city.

"Please believe what he is saying," she said as she walked closer to them with her hands raised up so they could see she was not armed (little did they know that she can summon her weapon in a blink of an eye) and meant no harm. "An army of goblins is approaching these grounds and judging by their march it's roughly around 8 or 10 thousand and they will be here soon, so I suggest you warn your superiors." She questioned whether they believed her since they didn't know her and might think she's some sort of crazy hallucinating wanderer but she knew she was right and had tried to warn them, so her conscious would be clear if they get attacked by surprise for not believing.

As his forces got nearer to the city, Sendokaze ordered them to stop. He couldn't believe how easy it was for his force to get here. If the Haven had seen them, it was already too late. The attack would begin now. First a wave of crossbow wielding goblins stepped up and fired a volley, taking down the guards on the many watchtowers of the city. Then another volley was fired, this time at the city itself and with flaming arrows. The wooden buildings near the walls quickly caught on fire and the elves ran out to the streets in surprise, wondering what had happened. When they noticed they were under attack, it was too late.

The ancient door of An-Havva is shrouded in enchantments, but those spells were ancient and was no match for Sendokaze's magic. Within seconds, the door flew open and Warg riding goblins swarmed into the city, killing all in their path. The Haven was caught completely off guard. Many goblins carried torches and as they rode into the city, they threw them at the buildings, setting them on fire and adding more confusion.

As more elvish troops ran out of their camps to help defend the city and put out the fire, the main body of the goblin army, almost four thousand charged in. Already surrounded, the elves were mercilessly cut down. Not even the women and children survived. The goblins have been trained to hate humans and elves and their orders was clear: leave none alive.

Sendokaze walked calmly into the city, cutting down all who came near him. His army was doing perfect and soon, the other half of the army was about to strike. They could completely route the defenders and kill every last one of them. But first, he had to book to retrieve.

After Viclo had related his news, the guards did not know whether or not to believe him. Viclo was about to run off to the city, but then he heard somebody talking, telling the guards to believe him. the guards immediately ran off Viclo got up, and looked at a woman. "Thank you. Would you please accompany me to the city? We will need all the defenders..." Viclo was cut off by screams coming from the city.

"We're too late. Let's go." Viclo took off, immediately transforming back to the panther with a golden stripe down his back. Not waiting to see if the lady was following him, he ran towards the city. He had a duty to the city. He came in the city running. He had mauled some of the goblins already. He transformed back into his human form, with just the tail and the yellow eyes remaining.

He saw what looked to be the commander, ordering the troops. He was also cutting down elves. Viclo took out his cenurian daggers and ran towards the man. He cut down a couple of goblins that got in his way. Viclo did not know the commander was a wraith, so he threw a dagger straight toward the man, not knowing what it would do. He just wanted to stop the man.

Phantom's two way mirror started flashing again and he took it out, wondering who would want to talk to him right now. He wasn't even on duty and was resting under a gigantic tree! It was the Lord Guardian of the Elvish Realms and he looked angry. "Phantom, go to An-Havva right now! We are under attack!" he said then disappeared.

The news came as a surprise to Phantom. The Necropolis was actually attacking this deep? But his fears were confirmed when he heard screams and shouts coming from the direction of the elvish capital. Without hesitation, Phantom mounted his horse and rode off towards the city.
What am I? I am death!
