Tetroneaque was relieved that the only person that seemed to have followed him was the agent for the Clans. He looked around quickly to make sure they were alone for the time being and then approached her. "Glad to see ya made it. This town isn't safe though. I'm going to book the fastest ship in the harbor, you might want to come along. You can tell me the message once we're safely on our way. Fair enough?" Tetroneaque stated, only slightly out of breath. It seemed his wounds hadn't had time to heal fully and were making him more tired than he normally would have been. |

As the Assassin ran out of the room he stepped on a shadow that Det had a hold of so he attached a piece of that shadow to the bottom of the Assassins boot so he could track him if needed. He checked to see if the tracker was working and watched it leave the building, when he was satisfied it worked he looked back in the room to see that now the other two in the room were talking. As he listened to the conversation he continued to monitor the Assassin's progress. |

"Lord Goring is a Necropolis sleeper agent," Will replied, getting up and pouring himself another cup of wine. He liked the taste of Haven wine, as the Necropolis ones tasted a bit.....unusual. "He is a necromancer and researcher of the Cylixes. He has been reporting to the Necropolis about them and is also giving us inside information, allowing us to attack more places. That assassin was sent by the Mage Clans to kill him for reasons unknown. Does that answer your question?" |

"The Mage Clans is always prepared," Amy said coolly. She waved her hands and soon a small wooden boat sailed into the harbor by itself. Once it docked, a wooden plank automatically came out of the boat and Amy got on, followed by the assassin. Once they were safely on board, the boat slowly sailed out of the harbor. Amy turned to assassin and said, "Assassin, I bring you your next assignment. Listen carefully, I do not want to repeat it. Your mission is to proceed west of here and enter the Village of Elders. There you shall proceed to the largest temple in the town and find a green crystal, which is located in the cellar. I will accompany you on this mission." |

He thought how strange it was that he was sitting with a necropolis agent, talking peacefully. "What is this tome you are talking about, and why can the necropolis track something written in Balrog? This more for my own enlightenment and knowledge than anything else." Viclo was trying to act the curious person, to gain knowledge to give a report. But he was a little curious as to everything. |

"That sounds oddly easy." Tetroneaque said, relaxing a bit. "I haven't had time to heal completely from my last mission, or replenish my supply of potions and such. I hope you won't mind if I use a bit of time in the forest to pick ingredients for my potions. The mission can't be that urgent though or the Mages could have simply contacted me through the amulet." Tetroneaque stated. He wasn't used to having a partner on missions either, he was a very solitary creature when it came to his jobs. "So what can you do? I need to know the extent of your abilities if you're going to be coming along. I wouldn't mind knowing your name either. Also, stop calling me 'assassin'. Call me Tetroneaque, or Tetro for short." Tetroneaque said as the boat made its way out from the harbor. |

"My masters ordered me to give this to you. What is inside I do not know. My orders is to leave you at where the River Akagi meets the forest. From there you are to proceed to An-Havva. I will meet you there." |

"Oh goody. More mysteries. I wish you all would just give me a straight answer every now and then. The whole mystery thing tends to wear a bit thin after you have to deal with it for more than a hundred years." Tetroneaque said with a resigned sigh. He did take the box though, wondering what was in it and if he should open it now or wait. "Did they give any instructions about this box at least?" Tetroneaque asked the contact from the Clans. |

"They said open it only when you are in danger. It might save your life," Amy said. She went out towards the bow of the boat and muttered some boats. The ship immediately changed its course up stream towards the forest. Normal boats would have trouble sailing up stream in such as strong current but this boat is enchanted with spells. Amy returned to the room and said, "You need to get some rest. Your mission begins tomorrow." [So I guess it is time to start a new topic?] |

"Fine with me." Tetroneaque said, happy to be able to get a bit of sleep after his last mission. He knew he'd need all his stamina and senses about him if he wanted to have any chance of getting into the Village of the Elders undetected. That place had a great deal of guards, trackers, and magical wards of various types. Too bad for them, he had experience avoiding all of those things... lots of experience. It still wasn't going to be a walk in the park for the Kitsune though. Tetroneaque let out a yawn and went to catch some Zs. [Tetroneaque exits the thread... and Amy too?] |
