Haven - Elf

A tall elf rode his wolf quietly through the forest. The moon had rose into the sky, replacing day with night. This is when the forest truly began to come alive. Animals and insects of every kind came out and began to hunt for food as the sun disappeared. However this is also the time when spies can slip easily into the elven realms, without being seen. That is why the Haven had ordered Rangers like Jakrah to patrol the forest, making sure its safe. Jakrah yawned as he continued riding. He has been on the job for three hours now and he was getting tired. So far there had been nothing, and he was sure that there will be nothing. However you can't just disobey a superior officer. Nevertheless, Jakrah needed to get the job done. He yawned again and continued forward. |

It was night and Amy was lost in the vast forest. She had been pursuing a cat a friend had given her and the cat lead her here. Not only did she loose the cat , she herself was lost. And the elves that live here aren't that open to outsiders anymore. She sat down next to a tree and started crying. Suddenly, there was a noise, as if someone was coming towards her. If it was the elves, she would be in trouble.Quickly, she wiped the tears from her eyes and jumped behind a bush. She would have to hide here until whoever is out there leaves. |

Just as Jakrah was about to fall asleep, his wolf started growling. That means there was something nearby. All elves and Haven members has a special symbol somewhere on their body, so that Vargs do not attack. If a Varg starts growling and howling, that means there is non-Haven nearby. In times like these, this may mean an attack. "Go on boy, show me where our intruder is," Jakrah said into the wolf's ears. The wolf growled again and dash forward. Soon it arrived at a small clearing, surrounded by bushes on every side and with a tall tree in the middle. Jakrah got off the wolf and examined the area. Someone definitely was here. The leaves and twig on the ground had been stepped on, and recently as well. Jakrah also noted that there were tears under the trees. Someone had been crying here. That definitely rules out the possibility of an attack, but Jakrah was still curious about the individual that was here. Judging from all the stuff that had been going on here, it had to be a female. His wolf turned and growled again. It must have picked up the scent of the intruder. Jakrah turned to the direction his wolf is facing and fired an arrow, hoping that whoever it was behind the bushes would come out. |

Amy casted a simple spell she had learned when she was little to stop the arrow. A bright flash appeared and the arrow disappeared. She could see an elf and a wolf in front of her. There were Rangers, so they shouldn't be a problem. "Well I can see you aren't very nice," Amy said crossly, standing up and walking out of the bushes. |

Kisuke was collecting some rare medicinal herbs in the forest when a cat dashed out in front of him. He held out his hand and the cat swift crawled onto his arm and when he brought it close to his body it curled up and started purring. "Let's go find out who you belong to." He gently scratched the cats head as it fell asleep in his arms. He walked towards the direction the cat came from and found a Ranger confronting someone. He walked toward them casually trying not to draw too much attention to him. |

Amy was about to say something when she noticed a man had entered the area, with her cat. The cat jumped off the man and Amy picked it up. "Aww, I thought I lost you," she said to the cat. Then she turned to the man and said, "Thanks." (Sorry for the short post, I'm kinda busy today.) |

Jakrah turned around and frowned. He was less enthusiastic about this newcomer here than the girl. He lowered his bow and said, "Do you have a pass to be here? You know the forest is not open to outsiders anymore." (Its Labor Day!!! Then again, I'm busy too. Preparing for a party XD). |

"That is funny, because the pass issued to you is two years expired. And that crest, if belongs to a village that was wiped out last year. There was no survivors. Just who the hell are you?" Jakrah asked, suddenly alarmed. |

"I know what village you are talking about!" Amy suddenly blurted out, "locals said that the Haven Knights went there with a mysterious red crystal one night and the next morning the whole village disappeared. The Knights told the villagers that goblins came and raided the village, but they didn't hear the battle. Isn't it strange?" |
