I made this site  Character Information: Character's Full Name: Jakrah Ketoro Age: 25 Gender: Male Faction: Haven Race: Elf Physical Description: Jakrah Ketoro Jakrah has a scar on his chest, the result of a sword duel with another warrior elf during a competition. There are several scars on his back, made by goblin arrows. He has a tattoo of a dragon on his left arm, a symbol of his clan. When he left, he had tried to erase it but the tattoo remained. On his right arm is the tattoo if a pair of wings, the symbol of Cynthia, so show that he is a member of the Haven. When he joined the Rangers, they branded the letter "R" on top of the wing tattoo. Personality Description: Jakrah has a strong sense of justice and he will help anyone that is not Necropolis or Necropolis-friendly. He is a nice person, and puts others before himself. He doesn't talk much, and lets his actions speak for him. Jakrah is the type of guy who prefers more action and less talking. He is motivated by the desire to save his race from extinction. Jakrah likes the elves, but also has a secret hatred for them. He is very warmhearted to female and children elves but is not so nice to he adult males. He believes in himself and his confident that he can do anything, which often leads him to trouble. Jakrah is always trying to improve himself and make new friends. On the battlefield, he is respected by both his allies and opponents. When threatened, Jakrah will not hesitate to fight back. He will not fight children though, even if they try to harm him. Jakrah believes that one day, his clan would see the errors of their ways and believe him. Character History: Jakrah Ketoro was born Jace Sarkan. He was the son of a mighty elf warrior. Since he was little, Jakrah was trained in the art of war by his father and was taught by the wisest elf sages. At the age of five, he was already able to slay one of the big forest beasts. When he was seven, his father left on a mission to track down Necropolis sleeper agents but he never returns. Jakrah later learned that his father was killed. One night, when he was at the grave mourning for his father, an old half-elf sage came to him. At first Jakrah was hostile to what the "eye-blight" but slowly Jakrah was fascinated by the things the sage knew. The sage showed Jakrah images of the future, of the forest burning and of the great human cities falling to the hands of demons. Then the dark god Hellron would rise once again to reclaim the lands. When Jakrah returned to the village, he told the village elder what had happened. The elder scolded him and told him to not believe the lies of half-breeds. He assured the young elf warrior that Hellron would not rise again. But Jakrah was not convinced. Starting from that day on, he would have visions of his forest being destroyed by demons. For eight years Jakrah tried to suppress the idea that evil was rising. Until one day when he was fifteen, he went on a hunting party with some of his friends. On the way back, they encountered Wraiths and all but Jakrah survived. When he returned he told the elders what had happened and that the dark lord was rising. He also told them that they needed to take up arms and make peace with the half-elves. What happened next wasn't what Jakrah had expected. The council condemned such act and said that it was Jakrah who murdered the group. They banished him from the village and branded him a traitor. Jakrah was left to wander the forest but he never knew that secretly, the elders wanted him dead. They sent scouts and archers to track him down and kill him and Jakrah was able to avoid most of them. When that didn't work out, the elders sent out assassins, but all of them were killed by Jakrah. It was then that he realized the village had called him a heretic and that the forest wouldn't accept him anymore. He changed his name to Jakrah Ketoro and traveled to Azural, capital of the Azurath Empire to seek work there. He tried enlisting for the army, but they laughed at him for not being human. He then turned to the guilds, but they wouldn't accept him either. One day, when was wandering through the streets, a Haven recruitment poster caught his eye. He joined and was quickly accepted because of his superior swordsmanship and archery skills. Jakrah stayed in the Haven army for five years, slowly moving up the ranks. But his desire to help his village made him to something he never expected. When he was twenty, Jakrah resigned his post as an officer in the Haven military and enlisted to join the Rangers, who were the keepers of the peace. He was sent to patrol in the forests and several time, he saved his village from being attacked by beasts or raiding goblins. The village didn't thank or, but they couldn't hurt him either, since he was under the protection of the Haven. He stayed as a Ranger for five years, confident that one day the elders would see the errors of their ways. To this day, Jakrah is still a Ranger, patrolling the forest and plains, hunting down Necropolis agents. Skills, Powers, and Abilities: Besides being a skilled swordsman and good in archery, Jakrah is also skilled in survival. He can hunt and find food for himself, and make a shelter to sleep. Another one of Jakrah's ability is being able to communicate with nature. He can persuade animals to help him and make plants and trees come alive. This also includes making the roots of trees come alive to attack the enemy.This magic consumes a lot of power however and only works when he is in the forest or is near a forest. Another ability Jakrah possess is the ability to see in the future. He has vision that tells him what the future is but whenever this happens, Jakrah receives severe headaches. These visions tend to last very short, only five minutes at the maximum. Jakrah has not yet controlled this ability. Character Equipment: Due to his job as a Ranger, Jakrah carries with him a small survival kit with him at all times. This kit is issued by the Haven and includes two small knives, a canteen of water, several matches to light a fire, herbal medicine, and three flares in case he needs help. The flares can be seen by anyone within a fifty mile radius. Items that he carries with him at all times is his double edged sword made from a mysterious metal called Mythril (said to be unbreakable), which he forged himself when he was fourteen and a special bow given to him by his father. The bow is a special composite bow, capable of hitting targets 300 meters away. At each tip of the bow are short knives, which can be used to cut and stab the opponent. Jakrah wears a special silver gauntlet on his right hand, which he found during a mission in an abandoned druid temple. He found it lying on the ground and decided to take it. A mage inspected it and told Jakrah that the gauntlet can be used to channel someone's power. Jakrah wears it to help him channel his powers to his right hand. Another item he wears is a blue ring on his left index finger, given to him by the half-elf sage he met long ago. The ring is made out of metal not known to any blacksmith and is very hard to break apart. So far Jakrah has not found any powers in the ring and wears it only out of habit. Likes: The elves, his village, the Haven, the forest, quiet places, and fighting. Dislikes: The elves, his village, the Necropolis, people who have no respect, and and dishonorable people. Habits: When under enormous pressure and stress, he talks to himself. Strengths: Good swordsman, good archer, martial art skills, survival skills, ability to commune and control nature, see into the future, good stamina, and very fast. Weaknesses: Overconfident, makes hasty decisions, often have severe headaches, and people often takes advantage of his soft spot. Other: Jakrah is on a secret mission to discover more about the half-elf sage and the ring he wears. He also wants to into the Necropolis and see for himself what the evil faction is like.
