Recruitment procedures: 1) Must have Yahoo.com Email Address (Go to yahoo.com, click on Email, then register) 2) Must get Yahoo Messenger (Go to yahoo.com, on the upper right click on Messenger, then download it) 3) Must register at the EVO Forums (At http://s3.invisionfree.com/The_Evil_Ones_Forums) 4) Must play regularly (Or enough) 5) Develop friendships with the other guys (And gals) 6) Create an EVO Tag name (Use this one [the EVO name] more then your other names, players) 7) Must be Active and Post regularly, on the Forums. 8) Must keep up on the happenings on the forums at least once a week. (It is suggested to check up on the stuff on the forums every day or every other day, not required, but recommended) [Note: if you guys just check and don’t post, the forums will get quiet and dead, which we don’t want, so if u start a topic where you all end up having everyone count up 1# per post, and the topic is BS and a waste of time, GJ! Just have fun and keep it active!] 9) Try to get on Mes regularly. Every EVO is suppose 2 be on there. If we don’t see you on Mes, we don’t think you are active, so if we see you a few times a week that’s good. Some come on every day, or most every day, which is excellent. [We don’t want EVO to not see other EVO. Some have never seen most or the rest of the EVO members cause they not on enough. We don’t need that to keep happening. We do take note of time differences and of people’s busy life’s, and if some members can only get on during weekends.] Joining the EvilOnes? To join evilones you will need to do the followings things 1. A division or command officer has the ability to promote a member to a position in the command lower or equal to their own. However a 1st or co 1st can impose restrictions on who can promote who if they feel it necessary. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Rank structure; Recruit <<< Starting rank.
