 Basic Information


Name - Hakumza, Frost
Age - 19
Gender - Male

Appearence - His hair was a silver tinted, it was short on the top almost bald on the sides. His eyes are an icy blue color, almost lifeless as you'd gaze into them. His black stealth pants gently glided down the sides of his legs, the bottoms were rolled up to just cover the top of his boots. His shirt had animal blood splashed over it, a few white spots showing. His right arm had a dark blue dragon tattoo rolling across his forearm. He had a single glove on his left hand, it was dark navy blue colored, and like his shirt it had blood splattered on it. The veins in his hands and arms showed greatly, the muscles within his body were shown fine through his shirt. He was an even four foot eight inches tall, he weighed in at one hundred pounds even. He wears his headband above the dragon tattoo on his right arm. He has a scar on the left side of his face, he gained from a fight with a rival shinobi. His shirt had many cut's in it, with a close enough look, one would see that in half of the cut's were deep scars. The other's were minor scar's, not as much... Appearence within' those small scar's. Within' his pouch he has (20) shiruken and (5) kunai, he rarely has to even reach for one of these weapon's, which is why this is all he carries. On his left side, he has a big bottle of water tied around his left thigh, he never use's it for his jutsu, he just use's it to drink from.


Personality - Frost does like to be sociable, but it's a very rare situation, he get's along with people. As long as they're not apart of a different village, his villager's he may not like a whole lot, but he'd be willing to protect them. He has a very outgoing personality, always ready to go explore and have fun. His reactions with females, are about fifty-fifty at best. He can follow authority but only from people that show they should be a level ahead of him, if they fail to prove that, he has really hard time taking orders. His one goal is to become the most powerful ninjutsu master, this makes him strive for success. He loves to fight, a lot, but can do without the pointless killing. Other's have a chance to live, as long as they don't try to threaten his village, that's his philosphy. He is most sure a ranged ninjutsu, although he could be up close ninjutsu, but he prefers to have enough time to cast his moves before the real fight starts. He loves to explore the wilderness around the village, he thinks of it as recon, incase he has to find a traitor, spy, or anything else like that on a future mission. His one phobia is closed places, because when he was young, he accidently locked himself in his closet, and no one came for him until about five hours. Frost believe's that the world turn's it's back to those without power, to him power is the only thing that lock's in your survival as a shinobi.
Frost love's to fight shinobi from other village's, speciallly when it's for one of their village's. He alway's fight's to the death, which is why he'd rarly fight a shinobi from his village, because Frost doesn't really believe in a spar, he think's of them as a useless waste of time. In short term's, he think's they're useless to compete in, or even watch. If a shinobi fight's, and doesn't go 'til the death, the shinobi would never get stronger.

Likes - to study and master ninjutsu, mainly water based.
Dislikes - hates leaving to help strangers that don't appreciate the help he'll provide.
Nindo - Serve and die by your Kage's demand's, unless you can over throw him....

Inventory - (20) Shiruken's in a brown pouch, (5) Kunai in a brown pouch, a big bottle of water tied around his left thigh.

History

Childhood - From birth he was raised 'til he was seven years of age, then he left his parents to go explore the wilderness. He wondered by himself through the forest outside of town. Killing animals and fishing using simple material's he'd find through his journeys of the forest. Before the age of nine he done knew the forest outside the village better than possibly anyone else in that village, expecially in his age group. When he was but a young child, the villagers around him made a point to stay away from him. A mere five year old child, out-casted began to manifest his anger and hate for them. He began to lose his mind slowly, he began to enjoy killing animals more. Now he can hunt, fish, and even track animals. Before it was only a little pleasing, but now he get's a rush from killing them. The Academy was his idea for increasing his power even more, the power he could end up with, was well worth what he was about to experience. As a kid, Frost adventured well beyond the normal length's of allowance. Luckily for him, he'd never gotten caught by any of the Jounin or ANBU around the village. He was lucky enough to find many hidden area's, but those area's are well trapt. Incase of an emergancy, he can retreat back to his hidden spot's. Not having to worry about his enemies sneaking up, because the whole wood's is his hidden area. Finally, alas he came home to celebrate his coming of age, as he was about to turn 10, old enough to enter the Academy.

Academy Student Arc - In the Academy it was all the same, he sat in a corner by himself, slowly and gradually climbing through the ranks. He studied harder than everyone else, because unlike them he actually had to pass, he couldn't remain weak, being picked on by others constantly. This Academy began to turn out like he thought'd be, boring and useless more than half of the time. The other students always tried to tear down his self-respect, not knowing he didn't really care much for what they said. His main objective here was to gain power, lots and lots of it. His teacher was the one person he came intact with, almost as if his teacher knew about his past, but failed to ever say anything. He grew close to his teacher within the academy, he was the only person he'd talk to inside and outside of the academy. The many years passed on, as his anger problems held him back, several times. The teacher didn't want to pass him for the simple fact, he could turn on his own village without care or mercy, within a blink of an eye. Now he is about to turn 13, as he was within the final stages of his last exam. He'd never made it this far before, normally he'd done lost his patience. As he soon expierenced, that the final step's of the exam was that of the jutsu's he'd learned while here. Sadly for him, he hated these jutsu's. So he took the final part, ten day's late. As those ten day's he used to upgrade his use in those certian jutsu's. Which he later found out, was harder than he thought to get them up to passing level in ten day's, but he finally went for the test. He managed to pass the first two jutsu's, but as the last one came up, he froze a little bit. After about a five minute delay, Frost finally did the jutsu, passing with color's. Towards the end of his time at the academy, his teacher congratulated him. He was almost ready to become a genin and leave this academy, and the finally day of passage was his way to glory. He recieved his headband from his teacher, as a sign of his power and his rank of a genin.


Genin Arc - After years in the Academy, harnessing his skills, gradually. He finally graduated, to being a genin. His quest was that of power, his team was himself. Frost trained like most would only think of. Each day, every hour he was out using his chakra to build up his energy. He has only ever failed three mission's in his life-time, as a genin. That was because unlike most he went at them unprepared not knowing that they held suck high level ninja's waiting for him. Sometimes he think's it might've been a setup all along, but that's past him now. As he is growing closer to becoming a chuunin, steadily pacing his training as he builds up his chakra outage and use for all his jutsu's, now the day has come where he has to take the chuunin exam, he felt more ready for this each day he thought about the time of it. After all, he was the best Genin with water style moves, and the chuunin exams were right next to the water. The chuunin exam's were his first step's toward's becoming known as the strongest shinobi in his village. The chuunin exam's were a trial of all their skill's; speed, strength, and jutsu. As his speed was great enough to pass the first test, his strength was a little more than good enough to pass. As know the genin were suppossed to spar, as Frost smiled. His jutsu's were his specialty, not knowing much of genjutsu or taijutsu, but his ninjutsu was superb. As he watched other's fight each other, constantly awaiting his turn. His turn finally came, to his surprise he wasn't from his village. This allowed Frost to take a more serious fighting mode, he thought if he could kill that ninja, he'd be able to help his village in the long run. The match was stopped before the rival shinobi was killed, although the rival shinobi put a nice scar over the left side of his face. As he eventually went on to become a chuunin, upgrading his color band to let other's notice his rank of a chuunin.

Chuunin Arc - After finally passing the chuunin exams, Frost had become one step closer to his goal in life. Of being one of the elites to protect his home village, he was finally starting to master more water jutsu's. He's becoming a powerful Chuunin through his days, he had a team for one mission. He then found out why he hated teams, as he lost a teammate that day. He then went back to being alone in mission's, he can track his target, scout the area, and do recon by himself more affectivaly than he can do with a team. He now has become a very valuable warrior to his home village, but still isn't in the top ranks. So his mission carries on for more power, he know's getting to Jounin is one step closer than what he is now. As he progresses through his step's, he recieved a letter from the Kage of his land's. He was going to put through a test in five day's for Jounin, so before that time came. He used all his chakra in those five day's, scouted the area over and over. He knew what he needed and he did prepare for it. Finally, the day of the exam's were upon him. He knew these exam's were more self based... Having to have increase yourself in strength, speed, intelligence, and other stuff. He was a bit depressed, but within' the stat of strength is your ninjutsu, so he could pass that one. During the first day of the exam, was a race through the village. Frost had to compete with people that were already jounin, although he watched one of them set a trap. Frost got an idea on how he could win this race, and a lot easier than he's trying to make it. As he began to set trap's for those behind him, now his focus was that of the two jounin infront of him. As he threw two kunai's with paper bomb's infront of them, as they got close. Frost made them explode, as one of the two jounin fell. Frost now had only one enemy left infront of him, as he used water clone jutsu. He then threw many shiruken toward's the jounin, but not to hit him. On all the shiruken were small paper bomb's, that Frost and his clone's all activated when the jounin was in range. As he managed to stop the jounin right before the finish line, as he passed him and won the race. Next was his strength test, as he managed to pass that with flying color's due to his ninjutsu and taijutsu mixes. Then he had to take his final test, a written test. He hated these stupid test, but he took it and passed it with ease to his surprise. As he got a new headband color, proclaiming his new rank of Jounin.

Jounin Arc - Now his life as a jounin begin's, he know's now he'll be pressured to help lower level ninja's with their training. His jutsu mastery with water is amongst the best in the village, as he is now set to become a great guardian. With Frost's dream's in mind, he knew what he must do. As he had been sent on serveral mission's for his village, his main one was when he had to go help out a small town. He was at a disadvantage at the small town because the nearest river was about a mile and a half away. He had to use one of his jutsu he'd never shown before, his Water Creation jutsu... As it began to rain, he then had all the water he needed. As he took care of this small village's bandit's. Little did he know at the time, the small village was a village of bandit's. As Frost shook the hand of the leader, then took his leave. As he recieved his payment, and some free food. He had a four day journey ahead of him, but finally got back to his village. Now Frost mainly is seen walking around the village. He's had 10 A-rank mission's in the past five month's. Now he's just waiting for his promotion to the Kage of Engogakure a supreme seat, were he knew he could watch his village his way... Not letting anyone tell him the matter's of right and wrong, well except his people. His journey's have taken him all over the villages, as he had made many, many allies. His strength growing with each passing mission, his people slowly noticing him as a great asset. They all knew that one day, Frost would be their Kage. As his skill was unmatched by any jounin in the village. He was trully a water ninjutsu master, he had skill's he picked up from old allies, then he had some he made or amplified. He was a force to be feared when he is near a big enough body of water, but without water... He is pretty much like a fish, going to die. After about twenty to thirty mission's, his townsfolk have noticed him a lot more. As he has yet to fail a low rank mission, and has only failed two A rank mission's for the fact he lost his target's. Now Frost is coming closer to his dream's of being the Kage, he looked around as he stood in the center of Engogakure, as an old man had approched him. Frost smiled towards him, as he knew who the old man was. As Frost and the old man talked for about, three to four hour's. As Frost finally nodded his head, as the arrangement's were made. He met the old man in the Kage's office, as a picture was painted of him, then hung on the wall. Noticing him as the next Kage of Engogakure, the only thing left was his initiation to the office. As he took part in the initiation three day's after his picture was done, as he smiled watching over his village. As then and there he placed an oath on his life to protect this village, as he was the new Kage. He heard the villager's cheered for him, everyone seemed happy with the decision, but I think Frost was happiest of all.

Kage's Arc- He now reside's as the Kage to his beloved town of Engogakure, as he took a sworn oath to protect it with his life. As he plan's on doing just that, since the paper work is a little hectic, he use's water clones to help him get it all done faster.

Sample Roleplay;

Frost found himself within' a storm, he watched as the clear raindroplet's began to fall. The world seemed to slow as he watched the rain fall from the sky, then the thunder roared, Frost jumped as the sound surprised him. His coat moved with the wind as he turned around, hearing footstep's, he glared toward's the bandit. As Frost's icy blue eye's looked over the man, he then shrugged him off. He was on his way home from a recent mission, and this weakling was going to try and slow him down. As his boot's have began to get muddy from the freshly made mud, do to the rain. As the wind broke, do to the shiruken the bandit had thrown at him. As Frost used his body replacement jutsu, this jutsu was one of the three jutsu's of the academy. As he barly escaped that deadly shiruken, Frost's silver hair dripped water, as Frost smiled. He made a series of hand-sign's, as he used his Water Clone jutsu. Then Frost made another series of hand-sign's, building up his Hidden Mouth Needles, as his clones spread out to a circle. They all released the Hidden Mouth Needles jutsu, thirty poison needles shooting at the man from a perfect circle. As they had already had a plan if the man was to jump into the air, but the man wasn't fast enough for his chakra enduced needle's. As he watched the man fall over, all thirty needles hit. Making the poison inside very deadly, as Frost cancled out his Water Clones, and began to walk towards his village again. It was only day one of his trip, and he'd already made great progress. As Frost planned on using a river side as his camp-site.

He soon came across a river he knew, because it ran into his home village. As he set up camp, watching the sun setting slowly. As Frost grinned, going to sleep, but still prepared for an attack. As the next day came, he began his trip by following the river side. Frost watched as the stream rushed beside him, spotting many little fish as the swam with the stream. Then even big fish as they swam against the stream to get some food. As he threw a kunai at one of the big fish, as he just found his dinner. Pulling out the fish, he smiled as he began to cut it up. Starting a fire with a few rock's and stick's, he soon had a big enough fire to cook the fish. As he proceed with cooking he smiled happily. He looked up, as he seen it wasn't even noon yet. As he began his trip back home, he knew he'd have to make up time that he took off for eating. He had two day's left to travel, as the day fell short. He followed the river for many miles, watching the sun setting on day two of his long travel home. He smiled brightly, as he knew at the end of day three, he'd be resting peacefully in his bed.

As the sun rose in the morning, the light shinning on his face. Frost woke up slowly, yawning loudly. As he shook his head a bit, then took a drink of the water he had tied around his left thigh. As he stood up, streching and poping his back which was now sore from sleeping on the ground, Frost cracked his neck as he went back to his journey. This day seemed to take longer than the journey their and the two day's he has spent so far. As he couldn't wait to get back to his bed, or his village. He knew he'd come into the village sometime near dark. As he finally made it to the finish of his journey, as he stood at the gates of Engogakure.

Name: Water Walking Jutsu
Rank: D
Description: This jutsu allows the user to use a sustained amount of chakra on their feet allowing them to well walk on water. With excellent chakra control, they could literally stroll across the ocean.

Name: Tree Climbing Jutsu
Rank: D
Description: This jutsu allow's the user to climb up parrell object's with ease, as this jutsu only requires a small amount of chakra control.

Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hiding Mist Technique)
Rank: D
Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it.

C rank jutsu's;


Name: Lighting Spark Jutsu
Rank: C
Description: By using his control of lighting on all sort's, he can cause a spark of lighting to infuse within' his water ninjutsu attack's.


Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Rank: C
Description: This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Like the Shadow Clone Technique, these clones are capable of attacking and using jutsu, but they are easier to defeat because they are only one-tenth of the user's power. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the user.


Name: Suiro no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)
Rank: C
Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target is still able to breathe.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to form a river from another body of water, using their chakra to enhance the water flow. They can easily trip an
enemy up, the amount of chakra that could be put into this can make it an A-rank jutsu, or even a D-rank Jutsu.

B rank jutsu's;
Name: Prison Flood Jutsu
Rank: B
Description: This jutsu requires that you have Water Prison jutsu in affect, using this allows the user to fill the prison up with water, to drown his opponet within' it. This jutsu has no hand-sign's, so it take's a massive amount of chakra and the user can't move while filling the prison. If Frost is hit this jutsu completly stop's, even slight movement of his body while doing this jutsu will stop, losing all his chakra he's built up for this jutsu.
Name: Water Creation Jutsu
Rank: B
Description: This jutsu allows the user to extract the water from tree's and other living thing's, but they can't be human's. This is useful when the user is running out of water for his attack's, like a back-up supply of water.

Name: Water Weapon Creation Jutsu
Rank: B
Description: This jutsu allows the user to use his chakra to build a weapon of any sort, out of water. This jutsu used in the creation is what make's the weapon solid and able to be used in an attack.

Name: Suishoha (Water Release: Water Shockwave)
Rank: B
Description: Using this jutsu, the user can spit out a large body of water and control it to attack their opponent. He can control the water for an amount of maybe even one minute, or until he hit's his enemy, the water is a one way trip, so if he misses. At all else, he can use this as a quick reserve for water.

A rank jutsu's;

Name: Five Hungry Sharks
Rank: A
Description: This jutsu is used when an opponent is knocked into water. From the water, five sharks are created and used to attack the opponent.

Name: Daibakufu no Jutsu (Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique)
Rank: A
Description: This jutsu is used to fire a massive spiraling blast of water at an opponent. This technique was going to be employed by Zabuza against Kakashi, but Kakashi used his Sharingan to copy it and use it against Zabuza before he could complete it himself. A water source is not required to perform this jutsu.

Name: Water Dragon Jutsu
Rank: A
Description: Using this jutsu, the user creates a huge current of water in the form of a serpentine dragon and directs it towards a target. The water used to create the dragon must be present to perform the technique. This technique requires 54 hand seals to perform, more than five times that of almost every other jutsu in the series.


S rank jutsu's;

Name: Raigeki no Yoroi (Lightning Armor)
Rank: S
Description: The user can use this jutsu to surround himself with electricity. The intense electric field protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it, but only works for one attack. This allow's him to use his Lighting Armor infused with many of his jutsu's, causing deadly water moves to his enemies.

-You get all of those to start, so you can add some more custom if you'd like

Jutsu #4 Hidden Mouth Needles.
-How do they get there?
-If they're in your mouth, then your going to inhale the poisen to unless its chakra, but you don't have poison chakra so..

Jutsu #8 Prison Flood Jutsu
-You might want to specify that if you get hit, it stops, or some minute way for the person to get out, cause if they're still unable to move, and all it takes is concentration, then that could be high A rankish, especially if you can't get hit.

Jutsu #11 Water Shockwave
-How long can he control the water, and to what extent? Can it take sharp U-turns, or is it gradual etc..

Jutsu #13 Water Burial
-How does it send them to a burial
-If it uses all of your chakra, you die, so you might want to make it virtually all, or to that effect.

Jutsu #14 Water Dragon
-Explain more, what does it look like, can it cast any jutsu?

Jutsu #15 Great Explosion Technique
-List your drawbacks, if it automatically kills, thats gonna have to do some serious damage to you, if not kill you as well. If there are some ways to escape the maelstorm, then you might not have to kill yourself as well, but you still need some heavy drawbacks.

 Your chakra affinity only says water, but you have lightning attacks :)
