Name: Hikari-Tanka, Miho Age: 11 Gender: Male Country of Origin: Konohagakure Rank: Genin Chakra Affinity/Specialty: Fuuninjutsu//Wind Overview Miho is the brother of Matto Hikari-Tanka, Matto. They work as a team, and Miho is very happy with it. He is a very happy person who likes to draw, and focuses heavily on Fuuninjutsu, or seals. He normally wears baggy clothes that are light weight, and not hard to carry. Miho often, when lonely will draw and vent things that are on his mind that way. Although he isn't the best head to head fighter, with a little help, Miho is hard to defeat. Appearance Miho has brown hair that is spiked sometiimes, and other times flat. He has beutiful gray eyes, and a so called "button" nose. Miho has an average body, and he wears a white shirt, and black pants. He also wears a belt that carries most of his weapons. Inside one, is just a stack of papers used to sealin jutsu, inside the other, is 10 kunai, 20 shuriken, and 20 senbon. He has another on the outside of his pants, that has a roll of exploding tags, more paper, and invisible wire. Also, on his back he carries a long sword that is about 30 inches from hilt to end of the blade. Miho also wheres two rings around his symbolizing the friendship between himself and his brother. The bigger ring symbolizing his brother, and that he will alwayd protect him before he protects himself. He also got a tatoo on his chest at the age of 9, it has a dragon going up his chest, symbolizing power. And that he will never give up. Personality Miho's personality, is a weird one. He is happy all the time around others, but yet when he is alone it seems like he is the most depressed person in the world. He loves training, and going on missions. Especially hanging out with his brother. The two almost do everything together, and are the best of friends. When Miho is sad, you can tell. He doesn't act the same. When he is sad about something, he always agrees with others, instead of the normal putting up an arguement about whether its the right thing to do normally. In his spare time, Miho likes to draw, and paint. He also likes to take walks and runs for the fun of it, so he can stay in shape. In battle, Miho will be on of the most persistant people you will ever see. He can be stabbed right through the heart, and he won't give up. Sometimes, however it is bad for him, as he is to hurt to continue, and will end up hurting himself more. Miho, is one of the most stubburn, but nice people you will ever meet. This however does not stop him from having fun. He may be stubburn, and not wanting to give up, but he still likes to have fun all the time. Sometimes, Miho even has parties in the park, or invites people to his house, just to play games or practice as a shinobi. Miho is also very respected by other genin for his help on missions. He may not be the best head to head, but if he lays one of his seals on you, you may as well count yourself out. History Bloodline History Tanka Clan History It all begins one hundred years ago, in the Tanka Clan. Fairly new, the Clan had just adopted the trait to use animals as ninja companions. The Clan's unofficial leader, Gichin Tanka was the founder of the clan. He had found a dog, scarred from an attack and sick. He took the pet in and nursed it back to health. Even though saving a pet seems something little, it made a major effect on the small clan. Everyone was amazed at Gichin's healing ability. He never had any training in medicine however. Well at least not human medicine. Gichin told them that he lived up high in the Kumo mountains and herbs were located a long the mountain. He would collect the herbs for his mother, who would treat animals. As a young boy, Gichin enjoyed watching his mother heal animals and understood medicine greatly. Without any practice, just by observing. The Clan was taken aback by his knowledge. The few members of the sparse clan enjoyed the company of the dog who was named Aruko. Years passed, and Gichin focused on animals for years. Simply because, he got a great thrill when he was with an animal. He trained long and hard, and finally came up with a jutsu. It allowed him to temporarily speak with any animal of the blood contract he signed. But of course, you can only sign one contract in a lifetime, so Gichin signed the Canine contract. He spoke with the King of the Canines. The great King told him of a secret. That if one could give up his or her life, they could make a group of people become blessed with the ability of "Ikimono Benkou" or "Animal Speech". And all of these people's offspring would have this trait. Gichin agreed, but first alerted the few clan members. He told them of what he was going to do, and the clan agreed. Gichin gave up his life in return to bless his small clan with the ability to talk to an animal whom they signed a blood contract with. The Clan continued this tradition by letting their children pick animals as companions. However, the Animal Council thought this ability was too controversial. They then, forbid any King to give a human this ability. Hikari Clan History Hailing back from Iwagakure's History, lived a boy named Mikudo. Miku, as he was often nicknamed, was interested in something very unusual. Binding techniques. He spent years finding ways to seal chakra and prevent usage. He was an average Jounin, so this took a while. He found a love for sealing away, and was the town's local priest. There, he would seal away all bad spirits for good. Being very holy, he decided that he wanted to share his love with others. With this dream in mind, he set off to make a clan. He gathered other followers who practiced in the way of banishing all evil. When Mikudo passed away, generations passed as well. People decided to change the ways. The Hikari Clan does not involve themselves in others. They stay to themselves and leave other problems alone. The next-in-line leaders are Miho and Matto. Miho is technically a year older than Matto, but its all based on skill. Whoever is a better shinobi - Will be clan leader. The Hikari Clan specializes in Fuuinjutsu, or sealing/binding techniques. Therefore, they own a shrine in Iwagakure. An Arc For Each Rank Rogue Arc Miho grew up in the Hikari clan, he was an only child by the parents of Kazuno, and Yuzi Hikari. One day however, someone from the Hikari clan married someone from the Tanka clan, and they became related. He gained a brother, by the name of Matto, and right away he liked him. The two grew up together, Miho being one year older. They were in two clans of ninja, so they were obviously dreaming of becoming ninja. The two decided to train together, Miho would help Matto get better at his fighting, and Matto the same with Miho. Miho often went out on his own after Matto and his family went to sleep, to train by himself in the dark hours. He didn't want Matto to know, because when he trained by himself, he trained as hard as he could, and sometimes injured imself, when Matto would sometimes ask about it however, Miho would change the subject. Miho was really looking into the academy now, what they did, how old he had to be, and the things he would learn. Miho was really excited that he might get to go there, and his brother as well! This made Miho train extra hard, to the point where one day he broke his leg. The doctor said that he wouldn't be able to train for a few months, and Miho was very upset. However, he didn't let this get in the way. He watched as his brother trained for almost 3 months, and then started to train again himself when his doctor said it would be okay. At first, it was hard for Miho, but he got back into his rythem, and was starting to really get back into the training process, his birthday was coming up soon though, and everyone was happy. It seemed like nothing much could go wrong. On Miho's eighth birthday, someone from the academy came and asked him if he wanted to join the academy, and learn the ways of the ninja. Miho turned to his brother to see if it was okay, and when he nodded, Miho gladdly accepted the offer. He somewhat felt bad for leaving his brother behind, but he knew that he would be able to see him every night, and hopefully next year, Matto would be there with him! Academy Student Arc The very first day that Miho went to the academy, he regretted it. Everyone treated him poorly because of his age. It seemed that only one that was under ten years old, and people treated him like crap because of it. The teachers liked him enough, but it wasn't the same. Every day when Miho went home, he would tell Matto how awesome the academy was, and how nice the kids were. He felt bad lieing, but he was afraid that if he didn't Matto wouldn't want to go to the academy. Miho went through the academy year, learning alot, and learning to ignore the kids that picked on him, he knew that he could defeat them in a spar any day, because they didn't pay attention in any of the classes. Once it got out that Miho was studying mostly only Fuuninjutsu, people made fun of him more. One day, a kid challenged him to a spar. Miho smiled, maybe if he won here some of the kids might treat him better. The kid was reckless, and charged at him right from the start. Miho easily pulled out a slip of paper, wrote a seal on it, and stuck it on the kids arm as he passed. The seal sunk in, and removed his arm from movement. Miho smiled. The kid grabbed his kunai on the ground, and charged again with the other hand. Miho just laughed as he did the same thing. The kid sat there useless, trying to kick Miho. Once both legs were trapped, the kid surrendered, and Miho released the seals. If he had not been so reckless, it would have been easy to defeat Miho on his own, but the kid just charged, making it easy. After about a year, Matto joined the academy, and just like they did to Miho, they made fun of him as well. Miho scowled. He was now respected amoung the academy students, and told them to back off beacuse he could do the same thing as Miho could do, and would destroy anyone who opposed him. The kids left him alone, and both of the brothers passed the Genin exams on the same try, they were soon going to live there life, as shinobi. Genin Arc Now a genin, Miho hopes to be put on a good team, hopefully with his brother, and do many missions to improve his skills and make him stronger. Miho is also excited because the day he passed his genin exams, he got to choose the animal group he got to talk to. Miho happily chose the rodent family, because they were small, and could do things without being seen most of the time. Miho also got a pet of his own after he singed the contract. He got a pet rat that he named "Nezumi". Miho also hopes that he can make it to the Chunin exams soon and hopefully pass and become a Chunin so he can become a better ninja and help better protect Engoakure! Weapons Kunai(10) - These are standard ninja weapons that are used as knives Shuriken(20) - These are standard ninja throwing weapons that are used from long range Senbon(20) - Needle Like weapons that are used to put people in a near death state Paper Slips(1000+) - These are used by Miho to use his sealing jutsu Pen(2) - This is used to make none blood sealing jutsu work Short Sword - This is a short sword stored on Miho's back used for fighting, it is about 15 inches, and shaped normally Blood Pills(10) - Since, for alot of jutsu Miho uses blood to seal, he needs blood pills to keep him healthy. Pre-Made Paper(20each) - For each sealing jutsu, Miho has pre-made slips of paper for if he is in a tight situation and doesn't have time to write it. Blood Tube(2) - If Miho doesn't have time to bite his fingers, he can pull these out and use them while in sticky situations Kekkei Genkai (optional) Ikimono Benkou [Animal Speech] This ability is the sacred ability to speak to any animal one signs a blood contract with. However, one can only sign one blood contract in a lifetime. If you sign a Canine Scroll, you can speak to any member of that family, regardless if they are your own animals. Re-incarnation techniques erase the signed contract and you are no longer able to speak to those species, unless you re-sign the scroll. If you sign a contract with an animal, they also agree that they will talk to you, and help you as you progess. There are ninja animals, and there are regular animals. Ninja animals can be used for fighting, while other animals can be used for secret delivering, or spying. The Tanka clan Kekkai Genkai lets you talk to either one and have them help you out during missions and quests. You must be at least a genin to sign a contract with an animal, as the animal will not accept any lower chakra rates, it is also told that if you are an academy student and an animal accepts your contract you will definately pass the next genin exam. Most Tanka clan people get there pets as soon as they turn genin, anxiously wanting to know what an animal sounds like, but the animals will be strong if you wait. Technically, you do not have to get an animal to be apart of the Tanka Clan. Miho however, owns a pet rat named Nezumi. Jutsu Jutsu are your prime weapon as a shinobi, and you should choose them well. By being different rank of shinobi you gain and are allowed to use a certain amount of Jutsu. Due to complications, and the fact that many dread it, Academy Rank has been removed and you are automatically a Genin. This gives you Three D and Three C rank jutsu, as you progress in rank more will be rewarded, as such. Chunin- Two B rank Jutsu. Jounin- Two A rank Jutsu. Kage- One S Rank is Rewarded for reaching this rank. Though not many will get to Kage rank, it is still left open. Basic Academy Jutsus Rank: E Description: Clone Jutsu, Replacement Jutsu, Rope Escape Jutsu, Transformation Jutsu Basic Genin Jutsus Rank: D Description: Kai Jutsu, Water Walking Jutsu, and Tree Climbing Jutsu. Wind Stream Rank: D Description: The user spins as fast as possible, and then focuses wind chakra to one point creating a stream of wind, that can do nothing but knock someone backward a few feet, however if it is combined with fire, it can ignite the fire even more. Seal of Power Rank: D Description: This is a pre battle seal, that can be used to store power or chakra, and release it all at once on the opponent. The lower level the seal, the lower amount of chakra it can hold. At Genin level, at full power the seal can only release a small amount of power at once, giving the opponent a feeling of being hit by a baseball. It has to be released by the opponent however. Defensive Wind Rank: D Description: The user will control the wind chakra around them to circle around at a high speed deflecting most normal through weapons and opponents, however jutsu's will get enhanced by this wind as it would throw it faster at the user. Muscle Seal Rank: C Description: This seal, when placed on someone, seals away partial use of that muscle. Example, if the seal is placed on the users hand, it would be very hard to move that hand, almost as if it were stuck under a bolder. Binding Seal Rank: C Description: The user will get two parts of the opponents body, and bind them together so that it is harder to move. This seal however is very hard to pull off as you need to get the two parts safely. Hidden Extensions Rank: C Description: Using this jutsu, the user can extend parts of there body by a few inches with wind, such as the arm, so that if the user just barely misses the opponent with his real arm, he can still hit with the wind portion |
