 Welcome to Garden Crosswalker. It's nice to not be the newest member anymore. :)

I too played FFVIII first and hate our government (I'm from Michigan) as well. I look forward to getting to know you better, but have no questions right now (a little brain-dead from lectures).

It's kind of exciting to find out that my game drew you in to the website XD. FF8 was also my first Final Fantasy, and, like quite a few of us here, I can also relate myself to Squall.
I facepalm just about as often as he does :p. And wear the same colour.

Yes, it's actually very nice. My siggy contains Serge from Chrono Cross and Gig from a PS2 RPG called Soul Nomad.
