For some reason it doesn't look that way despite her arm-tie and coat also being blown :/. It was four hours on the drawing, the wallpaper took me around 4 seconds. =p. PLEASE can you upload them to mediafire or something? on topic: now that you mention it, the coat-thing swinging does emphasise the idea of win blowing, but I think it's because her arm is quite far down in her hair. (does that make any sense whatsoever?) Don't get me wrong, I really like this I just think her arm should be bent more towards her head.
