Hey all,
I was just looking around google for FFVIII stuff and found this:

Has anyone else seen it before? I have only ever seen a few shots of Rinoa from it. It doesn't look like it was ever going to any further than this (sadly) because it came out in 1999, but still, even if FFVIII were in graphics like that, it would be amazing!

I have not seen it before, but im pretty sure FF8 looked like that anyway; I've just never seen Squall dance like that.

Since when does he dance like that ?
But the graphics are pretty much the same in my opinion, just a little more of them...I think. It repeats a few times.

I dunno, I think they look a bit better more realistic than they do in the original CG. ^_^

EDIT: And yeah, it does repeat lol

Hmm it does seem marginally better than the original ballroom scene. But not that much. Supposedly this particular tech demo came out in 99 which could be the reason why it doesn't look that much improved since FFVIII came out in 98.

Now a good tech demo is the PS3 tech demo for FFVII, that's a tech demo to see.

You have enemies? Good. That means you’ve stood up for something, sometime in your life.

I agree, the FFVII one for PS3 is incredible. Perhaps they should make an FFVIII on as well, just for the fun off it :P

Perosnally, I'd prefer it if they just left Final Fantasy VIII in the past, if they make a messy disappointing remake of it, I may be forced to shoot myself due to the crushing force of depression that would be placed upon me...
STRIKE!

Did anyone see the ending of FFVII Crisis Core? (I'm currently trying to get that game. Can't find it anywhere...) It's very similar to the PS3 version of the opening sequence.

The only bit I have seen of the ending is where zack says "you are the proof I existed"
