Ok, I'm on Disc 2 and trying to get as much as possible before moving on to Disc 3. I have a few questions about some side-quests I've never completed, so here it goes: Near Timber, there's Lake Obel. If you hum there, a black shadow rises to the surface and asks you to find Mr. Monkey. Who is Mr. Monkey? Do I get anything for this side-quest? Where do I find Mr. Monkey? Is it like a secret enemy or something? I've heard that after you complete the stones quest in Shumi village there's another quest in there. What is it? I'd never heard of this quest so I don't know what to do for it. Also (for those with the PC version or a PocketStation): What level to you have to level Boco up to in ChocoWorld before he learns a new ability? What is the average level needed to find Mog? What A-level items are there, and what do they do? I've only just started playing ChocoWorld (it's rather boring actually) and I would like to know what I'm wasting my time on. Oh, and at what level do Admantoises drop Admantines? I actually got into a fight with a couple but all I got was a damn Turtle Shell >:(. |

Ok I can help with a few things First, the Mr. Monkey quest can only be completed with the Ragnarok......I think. So Mr. Monkey is a very rude little monkey that you find in the forest outside of Dollet, you have to press X a couple of times while in the forest to get him to talk to you. But before you go you have to get the rock to skip on the water "many many times," or something like that. Then go to the monkey press X and choose to throw a rock. If you got "many many times" for the rock skipping then your thrown rock should hit the monkey. He will then throw a rock at you and choose to inspect the rock. It will have some words written on it. Write those down. Now return to Obel Lake and the shadow will give you clues to the locations of other rocks. Follow these directions and you will find three other rocks with words on them. Here they are if you want to skip that part. Spoiler: click to toggle So with these you are supposed to rearrange the letters (this is the part I had trouble with) and your supposed to get Spoiler: click to toggle Now you go there which is north of the great plains of Esthar and start pressing X again. Once you find the right place (it glows or glitters I think) rocks will begin to talk to you. Then they will give you directions but some of the colours lie. SO you have to figure out which colour of rock is telling the truth. Once you do that follow only the directions given by that rock and eventually you will come to a place that say "The treasure's not here" but press X again and you should get the treasure. Can't remember what it is since I only did the quest once and that was a while ago. Ok now onto the one about the Shumi village. The second quest requires you to talk to everyone in the village again and then head of to Fisherman's Horizon. At FH talk to the artisan and he will give you the Moomba doll he has and I think he tells you to take it to the Shumi Artisan. Then go talk to the elder and he gives you an item. Once more can't remember what the item was but it is a nice side quest to do to unlock a sub-plot in the story. That's all I can really help with since I always got the Adamantines during disk three and I have little care for the Pocketstation side-quest. Cheers, eh. |

Just thought I would add; although I am not 100% sure, I think the Shumi quest gives you a pheonix pinion.... *goes to check in the GF Locations thread* |

Ok, I think I remember the item for the second Shumi Quest. I think its a Status Guard, protects from status ailments. I hope that's right. |
