Well, as I am sure those who have visited before this post was made have noticed, the layout and style is a LOT brighter now. It will probably stay like this for a while, until a more "Balamb Garden" style can be made/found.  Later on today I will make a new banner to fit the style more, but by the time most of you read this, that will have happened. (At the time of writing, it's just the name and a pic of the FF8 title on a transparent background...)And so, welcome to Version 0.15

Okay, time for yet another update. I have now finished implementing the different Member Groups. They are as follows: Newbie = Automatically upon validation. Junior Classman = 200 Exp needed. Upper Classman = 1000 Exp needed SeeD = 5000 Exp needed. Staff = By Appointment or Application Senior Staff = By Appointment or Application If you have any suggestions for Member Groups, then feel free to let me know. I am also thinking of create different "Joinable Groups" or "Clubs" for members. For example, a welcoming comittee. PM me you thoughts on the idea? If no one likes it, it won't be implemented. And another update... I have now added an "Exp" system... Okay, well, I've added an Exp variable counter that I found Eventually I will be completely replacing it with a "Level" system (I hope), which should be interesting EDIT: I have also removed the Post Count although I am unsure if that's a good idea. For the time being it will stay like this though

Staff Appointment: I have decided that, should this site take, I will be accepting a new Staff member for every 20 members we have, until I reach a total of 5 (myself not included). Following this, for every 40 new members, another will member of Staff will be appointed. The member who is to be appointed Staff will be determined by their Exp amount at the time. Therefore, the person with the highest will be first chose, due to activity. Should they decline, selection will move to the second choice etc. I will also writing a set of guidelines specificly aimed at Staff (that I too will adhere to) and will place it in the Staff Only forum (which only Staff members are currently able to see ).After a member have been part of the Staff for 6 months, or has been of great help to the general running of the forum, they will be "promoted" to the Senior Staff group. However, I may need to appoint another member of Staff soon, as I may be wthout internet for a few weeks (This is, of course, only if the forum really kicks off, but I figured it was better to plan ahead just in case, then to sit and hope )

Not sure how many people will actually notice the little aesthic change I made just now, so I thought I would share it, even though it's only 16x16 pixels... In the address bar there SHOULD be a little Squall head If not, let me know, please!

And another small update... I've added a General Talk section to the Quad so that people are less restricted in what they can talk about

It's definitely better than I can do Oh yeah... for those who haven't noticed the change in this topics smaller title part: Welcome to Version 0.5!! We're getting there!! (Now if I could only get this damn Character Quote system working.... I shall try again this evening )It's now 0.5 because so far, I have everything working correctly, the banner is decided, member groups sorted, and the layout looks good. Things to implement for V0.6:
If you guys have any suggestions, let me know. OH! And incidentally, I am moving next week, so I may not be online for a couple of days... Just letting you all know
