Forums take advantage of this by putting together video clips to advertise the forum site and also ask members who make gaming videos for their YouTube page to promote the site on their channel and in the information about their videos. Here is somebody who posted a clip of the opening to FF8. But it's by ASephiroth who is a really good player and has over 6000 subscribers. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mkbk4imzmnk&feature=related Anyway, some other sites I belong to have used YouTube to advertise the forums and it brings in a lot of new members who see the video.
