Bleach (I don't plan on watching all episodes though) Shakugan no Shana (I've yet to watch the final episode) Fate Stay Night (I highly reccomend this anime. Got a few more episodes to go) Tokyo Underground (not a very popular anime but it is one of the best anime I've seen) Ghost in the Shell SAC/2nd Gig Cowboy Bebop
