And, with fighting Cactuars, your best bet is to get Selphie's final weapon (Strange Vision) which also can never miss. And, if you have a GameShark, get Seifer into your party (he can't miss either). Oh, and a way to level up your GFs pretty quickly on disc 1 with low levels and without fighting T-Rexaurs and endangering your party, go to the Rinaul Beach and fight Fastifalcons to get 6 AP per battle. And if you've got a quick boost finger one Quezacotl should kill em with one hit :D.
